Passing through town and stumbled upon this culinary gem in Dawson.
We were greeted immediately and given waters and took our drink order.
Loved the bloody Mary in a mug. Perfect flavor and amount.
I read about the wings were but was drawn to their hamburger menu. Many combinations and decided on the SouthWest burger with tots.
Tons of flavor in the beef patties,bacon and fresh ingredients included to compliment the fresh bun.
Tots were crispy, hot and cooked perfectly.
My wife had the Philly cheese steak sandwich with sweet potato fries. She enjoyed her meal almost as much as I did.
Will be back one day to try those delicious wings! Thank you.

We stopped by the Rusty Duck Bar & Grill while passing through Dawson, and it was such a great find! The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and authentic—exactly what you’d hope for in a classic small-town American bar and grill. The service was top-notch; the staff was very friendly and attentive, and our food arrived quickly. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. Its location on Chestnut St is super convenient, making it easy to find with plenty of parking nearby. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

It’s a place where they treat you like family!
The whole staff always greet you by your first/nickname.
Conversation is always VERY POSITIVE along with a few jokes to get a couple chuckles out of you.

This place has the best tasting burgers and fries!! The atmosphere is very warm and comfortable. Our waitress was so friendly and helpful I highly recommend the food here and the prices are definitely reasonable!!!!!!

Now I’m not a fan of bars.. but this place does it right.. the atmosphere is cool for someone that wants to have a couple drinks at a fair price and socialize. Myself I go for the food hands down great wings I will honestly say best wings in town way better then Duffys pretty darn good pizza.. the staff which are very busy sometimes it can seem overwhelming but they get it done and they do it right. Very friendly if your looking for somewhere to wind down after a work week eat some good food… hands down rusty duck is where you want to go

Husband grow up in the Dawson area. We have been to the restaurants many times. Good food and drinks. Prices are right and atmosphere is friendly. They also have specials for different days as well. They have electronic bingo and pull tabs. Large TVs for the different games and sports. Would recommend.

We had the buffet on monday which was BBQ ribs, sloppy joes, and the salad bar. They had several types of salads and every one was delicious! The meat was very tender and just melted in your mouth. The staff was very courteous and made sure that everything was good. If I could give it more stars, I would.

I travel constantly. This place completely surprised me for a town this size. The staff were very friendly and made me feel at home. I only had chicken strips and cheese sticks and they were great. I can’t comment on any of the other food.
