The area Chipotle was in was Amherst and very busy. Place had plenty of people eating at tables and a few in-line but went quick enough. The people helping create my chicken bowl were male even the cooks all great friendly and funny. I got brown rice, black beans, mild salsa, corn,lettuce, quamole and sour cream. Everything was fresh love the quamole!! My daughter got a bowl with steak i don’t know what she got on it but she does have some of it on the side! We also got salsa and chips and quamole and chips all delicious and chips were crispy! Place was clean for all the people coming and going had enough for 2 times withe the chips and salsa and quamole

Have been to this location a few times. It is a busy location. The food is amazing! The personnel sometimes have an attitude, but with how busy it always is, I can see why. They are helpful to newbies. I love the bowls, plant of food. Try the chips with queso, it is not bland.

I came in for a to go order and I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The man who assisted me was friendly, calm, and helpful when I was scanning my rewards from the app. Not only that, but this was the best bowl I’ve had in a while. The rice and meat were perfectly fresh. He did an amazing job making my dish.
I have a lot of dietary restrictions, so this is one of the only places I can trust for a good meal. Thank you for a 10/10 experience today!

Came here at 11:20 Feb 25th.
Due to an online order and short staffing, I waited a half hour before someone finally took my order.
Then, because of this massive catering order, they only had chicken available, which looked like it was old and dried out. The chicken tastes burnt.
There’s a serious issue if online orders are going to diminish my experience and leave me with no choice to order (if they ever do get around to taking orders) then I would go out of my way to tell people not to come here.

Placed a pickup order for 720. It’s now 8p and they haven’t even started it. Poorly managed and completely unprepared. Employees were working hard but management needs to staff better. It’s their fault.

I’m not one to be a Karen, I’m really not. However, this location is going downhill. I used to go to this location a few times a month but now…not so much. Not giving enough protein, bowls arent filled, barely any chips in the bag, bowls are extremely messy and dripping. The guacamole is never mixed right and there are huge chunks of unripe avocado. We dont get cutlery in the pick up orders. Also, My pick up order wasn’t packed properly and half of my meal spilt in the bag. I get it, things happen…but why is this such a common occurrence? Where are the standards in quality?

This location puts an extremely small amount of toppings. The quantity is nowhere near enough to satisfy an adult appetite If you’re going to skimp this much on toppings, you might as well charge more and serve proper portions.

We enjoyed our lunch at this brand new Chipotle on Niagara Falls Blvd. We ordered a Garlic Guajillo Steak Burrito Bowl, which was quite tasty. We also ordered a side of Nachos with a container of queso. The counter service seemed efficient despite the restaurant being new. The tables were also reasonably clean. No doubt we’ll be back.
