I give my five Stars based on expectations. On a Friday night when you want to order pizza and have a hassle free evening. I love this location for that! Very friendly staff seem to be working greatly as a team. Everything we ordered was exactly as we expected it. Great experience.

Its been a minute since we PP. Luckily they had a good sale going on when we ordered. We ordered there sampler pizza and we added pineapple. It was ok, i was really trying to see if it would be like Pizza Rita’s 5 punder pizza, just about the same toppings. It was not, kind of disappointed but the cinnamon trixy still made up for it.

Food was fantastic however, when I placed an online order for South Hill and arrived to pick it up I was told it would be about 5 more minutes I waited in my car. When I noticed the driver coming to the lobby and towards the door with my order I went back in to collect my order and was told it wasn’t cooked and the oven was broke. Not sure why it was boxed up if it wasn’t cooked. I was told they didn’t know how long it would take because the oven was broke so the manager finally appeared to give me a refund for my online order. No apologies from the manager, no i’m sorry for your inconvenience. Granted it’s not anyone’s fault the oven is broken when I order food. I wasn’t offered anything to compensate for the troubles. she did not offer suggestions for getting my order filled at another location near by. I’m disappointed. I placed a new order at the Sullivan location and drove all the way back to that area of the valley where I just left to pick up my order from the south hill on my way out of town. The crew on Sullivan were kind enough to hear me out about my situation and informed me that the oven at south hill isn’t really broken. I’m not sure what is really going on there but I feel like it could have been addressed in a better fashion. In some way to make the customer feel they are valued and make them want to return.

We moved back to Spokane and we’re really excited to have Pizza Pipeline again. We ordered a Sampler no peppers. Our email confirmation said that we ordered a sampler no peppers. We got a pizza that was half pineapple, half onion. None of the meat.
We called to hopefully rectify the situation, just to be told that it was what we ordered.
Sad. $32 wasted thanks.
Will not order from them again.

I wish I could give them a 0 star rating. I was utterly disgusted when I noticed my club- sub tasted off. When I looked closely I noticed the roast beef on the club was a tint of GREEN. The club also had an odd smell, which I’d assume was the turned meat. When I called for a refund i was met with a woman who had an attitude, she allowed a refund after I talked sternly with her. When the driver came to give me my money, he was short with me and seemed irritated. He took back the entire meal and then spilled a bunch of the soda I ordered on our porch. This isn’t the first time we have had issues with ordering from pizza pipeline. It’s either burnt, soggy, tastes bad, or they take twice as long as they originally mentioned. This was the first time though that I’ve ever gotten RANCID food and I’m VERY unhappy. If they can’t hold up as a restaurant, then CLOSE because rancid food can be life threatening.

Ordered a sub and asked for it to not be toasted. And it was indeed toasted. I could hardly eat it. I have had this problem more than once. Will not be ordering anything again .

Ordered a large garlic chicken supreme with some breadsticks. The lady on the phone was extremely nice and was able to help me navigate my order and made my whole ordering experience so easy! I believe her name was Katie. Thank you pizza pipeline on 57th for going above and beyond for your customers! I will definitely be back!!!

We’ve never had a bad experience here. We are close to the location on 57th so we typically just do a pickup order. They’ve always been pretty accurate with the pickup time. I personally love the garlic pesto supreme and my kids love the tricky sticks. The product we get is always consistent.
