Ordered delivery, I’ve never had a problem in the past but this time the diced tomatoes on one of my pizzas were fermented, they tasted spoiled so I called the store to let them know. I wasn’t even looking for a refund, I just didn’t want anyone to get sick. Carson, who said they were the manager of the store, spent 5 minutes arguing with me that there’s no possible way that could be true. Everyone in my apartment tried the diced tomatoes on the pizza and confirmed that they were spoiled before I called. I asked Carson if he would be willing to try their tomatoes or anything because I am certain they were bad, he refused, and shortly after hung up on me. I called back to get his name and the name of the GM, who also apparently works in the store, he said he hung up because I “wasted 15 minutes of his time talking about tomatoes for no reason”.
I’ll be visiting the store to speak with the GM tomorrow about food safety and customer service training, as it is obvious this particular employee hasn’t been properly educated in either subject. I hope nobody gets sick.

I just decided to try the viral pizza deal and wow. I had a wonderful experience compared to the previous version of my comment. I basically ordered the food and did a few things around the house quick, and got comfy because in the past, Domino’s has taken a while for delivery. But as soon as I got settled, the food was here! No mix ups, driver knew what they were doing, And man oh man when I opened that pizza box… Absolute perfection. Fast, hot, and pretty. Definitely a dominos fan again.
Food was fine, it usually is. But I tipped 30% for delivery only to have to drive to get my order from the wrong house. Watched the tracker stop at the wrong house. Called immediately and said hey that’s not even close to the right house. Employee didn’t seem to care lol this isn’t the first time something like this has happened with delivery. One time I had to go to the store to get my entire order remade! I wasn’t watching the tracker, but I checked my neighbors houses and couldn’t find my order. So I had to go in. I just can’t with this place anymore.

Honestly service was fantastic by everyone except the manager I spoke to on the phone. There was a huge mix up at my order took almost an hour after I got there. A lot of new people were left alone, which is honestly not their fault. I was very pleased with Elaina and Jess

The pizza is good, but their service is terrible. I waited in the restaurant for 45 minutes, and no one called out the order even after I had been sitting in there for nearly an hour. The entire time I thought I was waiting for them to make the food, but they had it ready, and just didn’t call it or tell me that the food was ready. So overall good food, bad experience with the staff.

You wake up at 6am. Ready for work of the day! You arrive to work to realise you forgot your lunch the wife made you and its on your anniversary, at this point you realise to yourself that it’s time to shine.
You work hard all day. You get to leave at 9PM yet you stay till 10 to finish a project. All day without food and you think to yourself. ‘I know how to make it up to her while treating myself’.
So I call the dominos up and ask for a single thin base pizza. Nothing fancy. They ask over the phone ‘why make us do this’ and complain about the job they are employed to do. They then ask their manager to come over and the first thing he says is ‘do you want some extra spice on your pizza’. He then realises that I just simply wanted to ask about the pizza and tells me to ignore what he just said.
I then get told to arrive in 30 minutes. So I arrive. At 10:25 I approach the building. 10:27 I enter and the manager tells me they are shut. I ask them if I can collect my pizza and I get told about how they haven’t made one. I then mention the phone call and he says ‘Oh yes I will get it for you.’
Finally the day is turning around you might say. NO. Its not. As he leaves he hands me a box. Me being in the rush I am I collect it and approach my car. Drive home and tell my wife that the food is on the table. She opens the box and proceeds to call me a pig. That I should be ashamed for the mess I brought home.
I wonder what she means and I walk to the box. I look inside to see an empty box with a single piece of pizza on top. This slice was no ordinary slice. This was a piece of dough and nothing else. This was pure crust. No sauce. No cheese. No meat. Instead the only remaining traces of pizza was a sludge of SpongeBob’s worst enemies food. Chum from the chum bucket.

If this is what pizza is now then this domino’s needs help. I attempted to complain the next day but was told that ‘my opinion didn’t matter’.
I would highly suggest staying away.

We ordered some pizza and 4 bottles of soda on the app. They forgot our sodas but thankfully after calling he said they could send out another driver to bring us our sodas. Most of the time tho we get all of our stuff. I recommend using the app to order because there are lots of coupons.

I ordered online and it was a great experience. The delivery was on time. I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich. The cheese was a little burt on the sides, but it was deliverd hot which was great! I much rather have a little burnt cheese than a cold sandwich. Overall, well done!! ✔ #yum
