Terrible customer service. Had to order three times because of the female, I think manager, did not stay focused and listen. I was charged with the #15 Titan turkey, when I ordered a turkey sandwich with double meat not double provolone. When I brought this to her attention, she got defensive and said that’s what I ordered. I think the number 15 button is stuck. Gaslighter all the way. From what I used to understand was that the customer was always right. Not here, will not be eating there again … ever!!! Not a happy environment.

Just left subway with a big smile on my face, Ray and Richard went above and beyond with their customer service. They were friendly, swift and made our 4 sandwhiches in no time. They made us feel so welcomed and cravked a couple of jokes. Out of all the subways I have been to this has been cleanest and the nicest workers we have experienced. They deserve a raise !

For Amanda… we showed up at 9 and ordered sandwiches. All chairs were up and she closed bathrooms. We all get trying to close early to jet out. But not at the cost of customer service. I guess she doesn’t get it…I practically put it in perspective for her, as I needed to use the bathroom. She totally declined. Only chairs not up were the ones her and her boyfriend were sitting in

Hell, yeah, it Subway rocks especially at this location. Workers are super nice especially gray. She was able to give me the two happy Gilmore cups that I requested and overall she was an excellent worker.
