I ordered a Cheese Burger Pizza and Cheese Sticks which I was quite pleased with but I also ordered some Cinnamon Sticks which were a total disappointment, they looked totally bland and by time all of our other food was gone they remained untouched. Maybe if they were able to add more cinnamon to the top they would have been better.

Im giving a 4, to be kind. I started coming to Ronan back in November. Since then I have ordered stageline pizza 4 times. The first 2 which were between November and March, were excellent orders. We got the taco pizza for the first time and it was LOADED. Lettuce tomatoes taco meat onions nacho cheese and salsa. It was a favorite for sure. But the last 2 times ive ordered from here, not only were my orders wrong as far as what I ordered versus what I got, But the taco pizza had nothing but taco meat on it. 2 times and thats like a 22 dollar pizza. And 2 times I got none of the toppings it comes with. Also, their cinnamon sticks were delivered hard as a rock. Not sure how old they were. Not even edible. My last order was on August 15th.

The food is still great, but the service hasn’t been the same. Lately, delivery drivers and customer service seem downgraded. On my recent order, I paid for a 2-liter soda and it was completely forgotten, and this has happened with other items before too. No one offered a refund, store credit, or any kind of compromise. The new delivery drivers and some of the newer staff in the kitchen just haven’t been consistent. I’m not sure what’s going on, but the service overall really needs improvement.

The pizza is honestly the best pizza in the valley. Homemade bubbly crust, homemade sauce, good cheese, great toppings, and homemade ranch! I appreciate that the employees are honest about wait time. Sometimes you’ll get an order in 20 minutes and sometimes 1 hour. They’re able to track your order if you call to check up on an hour long order. If they aren’t taking phone orders, then I don’t bother. That means they’re crammed with orders. I’ll eat elsewhere. Now for the bad. The wings could be improved! They’re slimy and not crispy? They seem boiled or steamed. Super bizarre. Order them extra cooked. The chicken wings are also a bizarre huge fatty meat. Maybe try another wing type. The beef in my nachos is always odd tasting and goopy. I stopped ordering them. Those are the only complaints. Suggest is to order plastic disposable 16 oz. Lid containers for ranch pints. Oh! And train new employees on specials and math. The menu is confusing for some reason. What’s online and what is said on the phone. Otherwise, amazing place. Great service! Food always looks clean and so does the packaging. Appreciate you most in the Winter months.

The food here is genuinely good — it hits the spot in a way a lot of places in the county just don’t. Unfortunately, everything else falls short. Almost every order we place ends up wrong, and it’s always blamed on the online ordering system. Calling in doesn’t help either, because no one ever picks up.
My kids and my family really enjoy the food, so we’ve tried to stick with it. We usually spend anywhere from $40 to $100 each time we order, so we’re not exactly casual customers. But if the order isn’t incorrect, something is missing. Once or twice would be understandable… but this happens every single time. And each mistake ends up costing a few extra dollars with no real solution offered.
It’s disappointing, but I think today is the last time we’ll be spending money here.

Updating my review I’m still only giving one star I ordered last night. I had to fight to get through the phone was saying I had to order online couldn’t get the order to go through online finally after an hour I got through on the phone. I ordered my food. They gave me an hour to hour and a half estimate no problem but then I got my food. My pizza was smashed in ranch was covered all over my pizza. I tried to call and they were closed. They never answer after fighting for 2 hours getting a busy tone it finally rings 10 times then hangs up then u have to fight 2 more hours for it to ring an hang up AGAIN its EVERY NIGHT OF THE WEEK NOT ONLY WEEKENDS ridiculous.

Ordered a pizza and cheese sticks for dinner and after they said it would take 45 minutes to an hour to deliver I was wondering where it was after an hour and 15 minutes and drove to the store to see why it wasn’t there yet and they delivered it to a location nowhere near where I gave them.
