The lady was nice,I guess. The milk shake was all milk. $21. For a little milk shake and one a little bit bigger. WE were done by the time we got to the corner because it was all milk.
Had we went to Sonic, we would have had $10. change and our milkshakes would have lasted at least 30 minutes.

Per your new hours (posted on your front door), you should have been open. But I guess no one wanted to get their butts out of bed and show up today. Visiting from out of town, kids just wanted ice cream. Huge disappointment! Dont waste your time with this business!

I’m so confused at all the bad reviews and hate that the experience was bad for them but for me I have always had a great experience. The Ice cream is amazing and so are the staff, especially the woman who owns it. She has always been more than nice to me. I am a regular now lol so she knows me and greets me when I walk in and always let’s me know when there are new flavors and let’s me try. I have been going to this place since i been a kid and now me and my children go. This is a place I will always go to.

Horrible and unprofessional. I went in today and a female and guy was horse playing hitting each other with love taps while a customer was waiting. One of the customers stated she was a kid yet im pretty sure that Marble Slab does not hire kids. She doesn’t know what a young adult is. She stated I was in there for two minutes when the incident happened. I don’t care if it was one second. At a place of business one should always conduct themselves with professionalism. We exchanged words and I was highly upset. I had a horrible experience at this location and would not recommend.

Amazing ice cream but does anyone know their REAL store hours. They are never open in the early afternoon despite store hours being posted on door 12pm to 10pm. Have gone on multiple occasions and never open until evening
