I have placed an online order through app and the delivery driver was completely dumb. He even didn’t know how to use google maps and threw my order somewhere else. When I called the store, then they contacted the delivery person to deliver the order. Then delivery person called me and he was literally shouting. He is such a dumb person and he was talking rudely over the phone. When I got my order, the order was completely damaged.

The GM, Ireland is amazing. It has been a day for a me and as a quick dinner we ordered a pizza this evening. There was a technical error and my order was wrong. THIS GIRL not only let me keep the wrong pizza, she delivered me the right order in under 20 minutes. She even refunded me, I tried to give it to her as a tip for her kind efforts. She wouldn’t take it. Thank You Ireland!!! You have made my day a lot better to see there are still hard working kind people in this world.

Just tonight, my husband ordered a medium pepperoni and green pepper on thin crust. Called to get it replaced because there was one single slice of green pepper on his pizza. They were kind and courteous and offered to replace the pizza with the “correct” order. We then obtained a pizza on standard crust, instead of thin crust.
I know its mostly kids working at these types of places, but reading a ticket TWICE and getting it wrong TWICE speaks volumes of the establishments QOS.
And this is far from the first time something similar has happened. Don’t order from this Dominos. We’ve lived here a year and had nothing but issues.

Everything gets zero stars. I’ve been living on Joliet Street for 42 years right next to the Schererville police station. There used to be a little Caesars where that Domino’s was it was very good. I just got out of the hospital from severe food poisoning. I was there for three days from eating at this Domino’s Pizza in Schererville. I never ordered from them in my life so I thought I would try it. I ordered two specialty pizzas, the Pacifica veggie And the Philly cheesesteak pizza I paid $67 for that Stuffed cheesy bread And chicken Alfredo pasta That’s outrageous to begin with, but I was hungry so I ate it They loaded it with mushroom, no cheese no sauce My pizza wasn’t even cut correctly It was super thin and I mean imagine working at a pizza place and just making a half ass pizza and not caring Anyways, I was fine for a few hours I woke up in the middle of the night, sweating profusely and throwing up with bad diarrhea I had to go to the hospital. I literally almost died. Do not eat from these people. They don’t know what they’re doing and they don’t care about their business. Just go in there and sit and watch how they operate. They’re completely clueless. They have no idea what’s going on. I’m doing this to help the public. You will get food poisoning. There’s workers in there that are doing something wrong or they don’t know how to prepare the food correctly. Stay away. You will get severe food poisoning. I promise you.

Terribly long and underestimated wait times! First time I ordered I was told 20 min, took an hour and a half. Second time I ordered I told them if it would be longer than an hour I would just come and pick it up. I was assured delivery would be 40 min to an hour, so I said okay as long as it’s not longer than a hour. It’s been 2 HOURS and I’m still waiting!! There won’t be a third time. I will never order Dominos from Schererville again.

I attempted to order online several times, got all the way to the end kept saying processing it would never go through..so went inside young lady was mopping the floor when I walked in, the 2 of them her and another male discussed who was gonna mop and who was going to take my order after they discussed it, young lady took my order I explained app wasn’t working, she told me yup it is double the price after I got my 85 dollar total. The first thing I would like to address is if a customer says app isn’t working, there maybe needs to be something in place for that, because it would never process payment part. Aside from that I told the young lady for 85 dollars pizza should be amazing she said I agree! However I ordered 4 pizzas crispy thin crust they were all undercooked! The crusts were white! All of them were undercooked, this is only my second time ordering through Domino’s, honestly price point is horrible for quality of food, nothing is fresh as far as veggies..pizza is undercooked prices are way to high, sad thing is the best part of my 85 dollar order was the bread bites! You are a pizza place, I am sorry my second time was my last…

I’m not entirely sure what is going on at this location or who is running the store but it took me over an hour to get my food that I ordered it was stone cold when the delivery driver got to the house he left half my stuff at the store and I had to go get it. The sandwich I order was rock hard like it was cook 2 hours ago and was just sitting out. This location is terrible this isn’t the first time I’ve had such a bad experience but this will be the last won’t ever order from here again. They weren’t even busy. But a bunch of little kids and no management. I should have requested a refund. This is a shame!!

I love this Dominos on US 30. When you walk inside it has an old industrial Route 66 vibe while also incorporating top tech with the mobile app and order tracking on a nearby screen. The team makes the pizza with great practice and skill and there’s a spot where little ones can walk up to the railing on some steps to watch. Excellent food and great coupon deals on the app. I’m very happy to be a customer of my local Domino’s.
