I haven’t been at Pizza Hut for years and I am disappointed. Pizza is dry and I got the New Yorker. I think they’re going wrong with this kind of pizza. I had to call in and ask why it looked like that and I found out that it’s the kind of pizza I bought. I would’ve went better off getting little Caesars. I think I needed to order the hand toss.

We ordered two New Yorkers about 10 minutes before we showed up, so the timing should’ve been perfect. When I walked in, the guy told me it’d be another six minutes, which was totally fine. But then he brought out the boxes, and as soon as I opened them, the pizzas looked like they’d been sitting out forever, dried out, old-looking, like they’d been reheated or just forgotten somewhere. What makes it worse is we ordered the exact same pizzas on Tuesday around 5 PM, and they were AMAZING!! fresh, hot, perfect. This time… it just sucked. Whoever made them on Tuesday evening, please give that person a raise!

Stopped into the Pizza Hut at 4801 Montaño Rd NW Suite B9 and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, my order was ready on time, and everything was hot, fresh, and exactly how I asked. The pizza was on point and the place was clean and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

Probably one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had, top layer not attached to bottom layer, soggy bread/crust, cheese and toppings detached from dough, pizza come all jumbled up in box. Wait a waist of money. Nothing like eating a soggy uncooked pizza.

The only thing about the personal plan pizzas (for 20.00) was the smell. The crust was completely raw. Couldn’t tell if it was melted cheese or raw dough. Wans’t even browned. Need some new bosses or employees there or someone to monitor what’s going on

We were extremely disappointed with the pizza we just received. It was clearly old and completely inedible. As soon as we opened the box, the entire pizza separated, and the crust crumbled apart. This was for a party, and everyone was very disappointed.
We hope this can be addressed, as this experience was unfortunate. Shame on me for not sticking to our locally-owned options.
