I will never go to this Marco’s Pizza again. My family decided to do a pizza night because my three-month-old daughter was sick with a fever, so my husband picked up the order.
I ordered two pizzas with all the crust toppers on both. One was supposed to be pepperoni with half jalapeños, and the other pepperoni with Italian sausage. When my husband got home, one pizza had no jalapeños at all and no crust toppers, and the second pizza barely had any toppers.
I called the store and was told I had to bring the pizzas back in for them to help me. I explained that I couldn’t leave because my daughter was sick. I was then transferred to the “manager,” who immediately had an attitude and claimed she personally made the pizzas and that all the toppings were on them. I even offered to provide photos as proof, which only seemed to make her more rude.
Between the incorrect order and the incredibly poor customer service, this was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Marco’s Pizza. Disappointing and unacceptable.

First time at Marcos and it did not disappoint. The staff was amazing Elijah, Izidro and Yolanda showed me the ropes and recommended the Hot honey and it was amazing. I will be coming back. The quality was great food was ready quick what else can a guy ask for!!!

Over time, I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of service and food. Specifically, I’ve encountered unprofessional behavior from a supervisor, who I believe could improve her management skills. I even discussed my concerns with her boss, who indicated that efforts were being made to enhance management practices.
During my latest visit, I ordered a pizza that was unexpectedly thin—so much so that I had to double-check my receipt to ensure I hadn’t mistakenly ordered a thin crust. This significant reduction in thickness affected the balance of the pizza sauce and overall quality. I literally dreaded having to eat a slice. My family was highly disappointed. I refuse to endure this experience ever again.
Based on my experiences, I would suggest considering other options, such as Little Caesars, which offers better value for money. Given the amount I typically spend at Marco’s, I feel it’s no longer worth it. I would advise potential customers to explore alternative pizzerias.

I get Marcos pizza and choose to pay more $ because their pizza is better! But lately this place management and people have not cared about the presentation or quality. My delivery arrived and pizza looked like it was to the side…Delivery guy must of dropped it or idk but I pay more because I hate little cesar pizza and how crappy their pizza always comes out. Husband placed order online for pickup. I went in to pick it up. He did not pay online, he selected pay in store. I went in to pick it up. I had my card in hand as I’m sure you can see on camera, and told them I was picking it up and needed to pay. Lady at the front said no it was already paid for. I asked once again. She pushed box onto counter and walked off said I was good. I left. Went home ate and then the lady called my husband phone and wanted his credit card # over the phone. He was polite and told her he wasn’t comfortable giving her it over the phone. We would go by in tomorrow. She demanded his card # again and he once again stated he wasn’t going to give it over the phone. I could hear her loudly over the phone say it had to be done tonight or else… absolutely unbelievable. I would have gladly stopped by tomorrow as we live down the street but calling over and over again for a $20 pizza after YOU made the mistake is ridiculous. Will not be returning to this location. Hopefully there isn’t a scam going on with this.

I originally was headed to little Caesars, but it was a long line and their stocking truck was in the way to park and wait so I decided to try Marco’s pizza across the way! I have no regrets at all! They had very fast and efficient friendly staff and manager! Food was prepared great and we enjoyed all of it! Thank you, we will be making a weekly-monthly purchase from here from now on!
