I’m not giving a review on the food the food was amazing but I’m guessing the manager who is old seems like she needs to retire as I was was ordering on the menu through the drive through the woman taking my order kept asking is that all is that all and I was still trying to asked my kids in the back seat what they wanted well I got to the first window the guy with the curly hair told me my price which didn’t seem correct so I asked him what all did I have on my order and he told me and the person who took my order had it all messed up well I guess they have to have managers to change or take something off or fix well the old lady looks to seem in her 50s that is a manager did not have a smile on her face or anything looked very angry and seem she didn’t like being there but I appreciate the curly hair guy with the beard he seem like the very friendlys person there he deserves a raise or a manager place that guy is so friendly and always gives me back my correct change I believe he said his name was Tyler great young man he also apologized for the order being wrong from his coworker she was a little new so I’m giving a five star to the guy at the 1st window very nice guy

Had a party of ten. The waitress was excellent kept everyone with rolls and drinks and checked on us regularly before the food arrived. Made for a wonderful time. Every order was correct and the food was delicious and prepared as ordered.

Our order was correct and the food was good… But, It could have been better… My husband said, ” The sandwich was not made with love.” I love to get the grilled chicken ranch wrap, and for the price, it needs to be made better with more of the ingredients (definitely needs more lettuce). We placed our order online and still had to wait about 14 minutes to get our food. I will say that usually, this location is much faster. They were busier than normal and a little flustered. They were out of condiments and out of sweet tea at the drink station.

My complaint is : Myself and daughter went to the bathroom after finishing our meal and someone was in one of the stalls so I told my daughter to go ahead that I would wait ..
The person that came out of the stall was an employee and to my shock , she walked right out the door without washing her hands .. I immediately made it known to the manager on duty and he politely said I will handle it .. As I was walking away I heard her call me a liar and say she washed her hands .. So I turned around and told the manager I had no reason to lie and that I understood he couldn’t personally make sure they do but that it was disgusting and I personally will NEVER eat there again .. She lied which leads me to believe that not using good hygiene on the job is something she does often ..
