These guys are amazing! Every time I go in to pick up my pizza, I leave in much better mood because everyone is so nice and smiley. Also, this is definitely my favorite pizza by far. I usually do couple of adjustments to existing pizzas (no mushrooms for me on a veggie pizza) and I always get what I ordered. Last night was not an exception, thank you for feeding me, I did not have it in me to cook 🙂

I just spoke with two employees who were extremely rude. I usually order from here and things are fine. I’m not sure what has happened lately. I heard the driver lie and say that he gave the food to me that I was missing. He drives a white sedan and wears a pony tail. He even said thanks for the tip. Well, I digress, I am missing one item, I called for a refund. The manager was also extremely rude. Neither said their name at all. She laughed at me and basically said that I was lying. I paid $20 for some Mac and cheese that I didn’t get. Lately the food has been burnt and they don’t even put everything on it that you ask. I pay for double veggies and barely get any. This place has become a disgrace to all Marks in the area. Don’t go back! Pontillos is awesome and locally run and owned!! See the photo that I have included of the burnt sub that I had to add the cheese sauce to when I ordered it on the sub.

Marks has completely changed their pizza and calzones. We’ve tried their pizza several times over the last year and each time it is so loaded with sauce it just makes a mess trying to eat it.
Recently we ordered a calzone which we used to get, the big air pocket inside had just a little pepperoni and a little cheese; very different from what it used to be even though the cost has gone up.

I have been here a dozen times and the pizza is great. This time it looked cold and stale so I asked if they could please heat it. Was told no, it’s warm. So I went to go eat it, all cold and the crust was like cardboard. Went to ask please for another slice and was told sure, but I would be charged for it. Just a terrible day for Mark’s.

No cheese slices, every pizza had meat on it, even the cheese was half meat. Everyone likes cheese Pizza I don’t understand why you wouldnt always have just a cheese pie in the slice heater.

Very satisfied with my dinner from tonight. I got a sub which was the steak sub which has shaved steak sautéed peppers and onions, bacon which I added, mozzarella cheese, mayo and mushrooms. I have this sub as a go to. You won’t be disappointed if you give this a try.

Would give a zero if I could. Ordered food,Pizza and wings. Should have lite wing sauce on these wings. No sauce whatsoever. Called to let them know. Wanted the wings returned and they would give us a credit. But would not send the correct order. So the houseful we have for dinner would have had to go without, give us a credit for a future order, and that’s assuming we ever order again from this location. Already paid for their expensive wings and just wanted them correctly prepared.

I stopped by at 1030 AM to inquire if they could help me with a special order. I am completing cancer treatments at The Sands Cancer center and wanted to treat the staff. I inquired if they could have 7 -1 topping large pizzas ready by 1130. They said it would not be and issue and gave me a nice discount. I returned 1 hour later and they loaded the pizzas into my car for me. The medical staff were very surprised and said the pizzas were excellent. Thank you so much for helping to make my cancer recovery so much more meaningful.

Seems like this Marks has went down a little.i ordered chicken finger sub for delivery. I was a bit bothered by the ampint of brown soggy lettuce i was given the chicken fingers were also a bit soggy. Lastly the toasted bun was pretty much burnt. Im hoping it was a one off thing.

I have no words..who let this out of the restaurant. 25bucks for 2 orders of boneless wings to hard and burnt to even eat. Then try and hide it with sauce..WITAF!!
