For a fast food establishment this place was great. Very strong 4. Service was way better than the average and the food prep was far beyond basic service. Lobby was a little messy but completely understandable.

Ordered thru app picked up order it was sealed. Had requested extra Arby’s sauce for the three beef sandwiches. Go home not one pkt of Arby’s sauce. Dry sandwiches not cool.

This Arby’s has great food, as always, and the staff is always extremely nice to me, even when they’re busy. They are always fast and efficient with my orders, even with the store being packed with customers. I would definitely recommend this place to eat and I love that there’s still a bell to ring when leaving if you enjoy the service, which I almost always ring. I included a picture of the bell that you can ring.
I absolutely love their regular Roast Beef sandwiches and their Beef ‘N Cheddar sandwiches and Arby’s Sauce is probably my favorite sauce on the planet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that loves roast beef.
EDIT: I’ve been going back and just went back recently and the service is still great, the food is still great, and the staff is still friendly. I love this place.

I’m a fan of Arby’s, and this one was decent. Good value, tasty curly fries, and super friendly service. Things I didn’t love: large fries were indiscernibly different than medium, and the whole restaurant was out of napkins (weird, right?).

Went here on my Lunch Break the other day. The Drive Thru Attendant was very prompt to answer any questions related to the food, the gentleman at the window was very respectful taking the payment and dispensing the food, and they kept the line moving at a brisk pace for an easy in/out. Very pleasant drive thru experience.

I would like to thank Dustin for providing excellent customer service. I told him the only reason I was there was because that location had the highest number of 5 Star written reviews. It also had one of the highest ratings overall.
We discussed some of the written reviews of the pizza places in town, sub sandwich spots, Chinese food, burger spots…etc. Sad reviews were consistent among the competition.
I received my order, he made sure I had what I needed and when I got back to the hotel I was happy that my Chicken Sandwiches were hot and delicious.
Good job to everyone who is contributing to the stores ratings and hopefully to the owners bottom line.
*I also took the time to fill out the survey, using the WR code on the receipt.

This food here is always good and the staff is usually pretty nice and friendly. I really like their milkshakes. I also like their mozzarella sticks and there chicken tenders. Back when they had the white macaroni and cheese on the menu, liked to get the macaroni and cheese with chicken tenders and a milkshake, which was an amazing combo. The decor is always really nice and I hope they don’t change it like McDonald’s, which doesn’t even have a soda machine anymore.
– 2 stars for my last visit. Whoever took my order at the drive through speaker belongs in a factory or a wearhouse job for Walmart or Kroger. I don’t know how she was allowed to take my order with that bratty attitude. I wasn’t even that slow and she was rushing me while I was asking what my passenger wanted. If you’re having a bad day than just don’t walk in.

Every time I use the drive thru they always leave something out of my order and they have to ask me three or 4 times what I’m saying. The drive thru really needs to be updated. It doesn’t work right and I very rarely go here because it’s much more hassle to deal with cause I always have to go inside to fix my order and if the inside is closed I have to go all the way back to the back of the drive thru line and fight the same thing with the drive thru person not being able to hear or understand what I’m saying!
