Never gets my order right.
I ordered a 9pc tender meal online so I didn’t have to deal with ordering in person. I ordered at 2:30 for a 2:45 pick up. I get there, they didn’t have my order at all. After waiting nearly 15 mins they handed me an order which they double checked was mine and of course it wasn’t.
I drove from Hawley and back twice for this. I’m tired of them not doing the right thing.
I get there and show them the wrong order and the manager starts to over talk me very loudly. I have to tell him to talk lower and that it wasn’t that serious to be yelling.
I asked for a refund, he told me to go online and file one. The manager never offered to remake my order correctly.
Ultimately, I left Without a refund and it threw the chicken in the garbage. It was already at an unsafe temperature to eat. I also didn’t get my order so they took my money and that was that.
Incompetent management.
I also did not appreciate when the manager turned around to speak to his staff in Spanish instead of English. If you’re dealing with me in English, we deal in English, especially when you’re making food. That’s absolutely disrespectful.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was traveling through from hamlin pa and was craving popeyes. I stopped at this store and was greeted by the manager ( I knew this by his shirt) and just a short “what do you want to order”. He seemed rushed when there was only myself and 2 other people there to order. I asked for a 2pc combo and a 3pc combo all thighs all spicy. I was told he didn’t have spicy. I asked how long to wait for it, and I was told he “wasn’t making any” I asked why and he said ” nobody orders it”. I said well I am and I’m willing to wait. He told me “I’m not not going to make it so do you want the regular or not”. Now I go to popeyes because of the spicy chicken otherwise I’d go to kfc. This is unacceptable it’s on the menu and if the customer ME, was willing to wait for it to be cooked I don’t see why I was just told flat out no. This was 12:00 noon on a Saturday and this is how he treats his customers as a manager.

This is my Go To spot when I’m passing by that area, I love supporting my local businesses But on my last visit, We ordered a 5 Pc Signature 2 Can Dine, So on the App I picked classic White /White meat and 2 sides and it comes with a biscuit, I had the option to Pay with cash So it generated a # and I placed the order went to the counter and gave Jennifer (not sure if she gave me the right name) the order number and paid, total was $15.88 handed her $20 she told me they don’t have any pennies and gave me back $4.00? Cheated me out of .12, gave me the chicken, It was suppose to be 2 Breast and 3 thighs instead I got 2 Legs 1 Thigh and 2 wings, I went back to the counter and told her and she asked me why didn’t I tell her? I GAVE YOU THE ORDER NUMBER? She was pissed and dumped the chicken in the garbage and brought me what I ordered, I asked her for some butter for the biscuit she told me they don’t have butter! This experience wasn’t pleasant! This place will be out of business if they keep going like they are because there are so many bad reviews and this place is relatively new, there employees are miserable and it shows with there attitudes towards there customers!

This Popeyes only redeeming quality is that the foods okay. But the Popeyes itself is horrible. Every worker is just miserable to you but you ca see them being all laughy and nice to each other. Multiple times I’ve wished the cashier a good day or to have a good weekend and they just give me a blank stare like I spoke to them in mandarin. It’s honestly such a shame because you expect someone in the fast food Industry to have good manners instead they have a staff full of people who think they’re better then they are but let’s remember who works at Popeyes.

Ordered a 16 peice chicken strip meal and got the 16 what ever was left over chicken meal. Also get a phone that works. We got everything we shouldn’t have. Next time I’ll check it before I leave there. Not really happy with service everytime I go it takes 20 mins to get my order to begin with.

Was visiting poconos and stopped here for lunch . This place is good with so many other shops next to it . Dunkin, stop & shop, and few other options around . Lots of parking outside . Location wise it is great .
Food was ok. We asked for spicy chicken combo and it wasn’t spicy at all . Not sure if they gave us the regular ones. Fries weren’t too fresh too. We liked the crispy Chicken sandwich . Tasted great : nice indoor seating . Lots of space to dine in . Overall a good location but the food could have been better ..

I drove 30 miles because their posted store hours indicate they are open until 12 a.m. I arrived at 11:30 p.m., only to be told they were already closed. It’s misleading and frustrating that they chose to close early simply because they wanted to leave, especially when friends or family were gathered in the parking lot. Given this experience, it’s easy to understand why their rating is so low.

Could not wait to bring my chicken home and eat it …it smelled so good in the car, went in sat down started eating with my husband and we were flipping mad so much breading on the wings they were dehydrated and so over fried there wasn’t any meat on them nothing but breading ♀️ we have had them before about a year ago and they were delicious regular chicken was just ok. Tossed the whole thing these just seriously sucked so did the fries 42 bucks later and we’re still hungry I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Like we have $$ to throw in the garbage.. ridiculous …so disappointed.
