First of all, I’m so glad they finally opened one here in covington so I don’t have to drive all the way to slidell! Thank you thank you!
Went here for the first time today, did drive-thru since we were in a rush. Lasy in the drive-thru was really nice. Service wasn’t as fast, but it’s okay since they just opened recently and seems like they’re busy inside.
BUT mind you, this is the 4th panda express I’ve been to (slidell, msy airport, florida), but out of the 4; this is the skimpiest Panda Express serving I’ve ever had just in comparison. But again, they just opened so I’ll give them some slack.
Food was great though as always.
It was pretty fresh. My son’s favorite is the orange chicken, mine is teriyaki chicken, also tried the walnut shrimp today and it was great as well!

This is hands down my worst experience ever at a Panda Express! I saw this location and it was handy while I was in the shopping center, so I thought I would give it a try, but I strongly regret my decision. I wish I had waited until I got to mobile. The super greens were okay I liked that it was more broccoli and cabbage I have always wished that it was, however, I got the plate and I asked for the grilled teriyaki chicken plain for both of my entrees on the plate. It was the worst teriyaki chicken I have ever gotten grilled dark meat chicken but somebody fail to pull the skin off a lot of it and it was the fattest chicken I have ever gotten from a Panda Express! It was 30% fat easy. Then, to top it all off, I had requested a plane I said I didn’t even need any sauce on the side so why in the hell does this chicken taste like it has been bathed in sugar water?! Absolutely nasty! Completely inedible. Will never stop at this location again. While the girl that took my order was great the food sucks so it’s not worth it the one star is for the girl taking the order. If every Panda Express was like this I would never go to one again

It’s our 3rd time to visit Panda Express Covington because of delicious “spicy” food. My last visit was after church yesterday where I met “Kay” who is so warm and accommodating. Food plus people around like Kay I invited more to visit the place because it’s a nice experience.

The food is what I would expect since it’s a chain but the service is terrible. I’ve ordered online a few times and every time we would come home to wrong or missing items. The last time I dine there, the employees at the service line and register seem to get flustered with the long queue and completely disregard myself and a few others before me who all wanted KP chicken but they were out. They told us it would take 5-10 minutes, we were fine waiting, and they filled our orders partially. But once a new pan of KP chicken were ready, they didn’t complete our orders and instead filled new drive thru and dine-in orders. We had to remind the employees that they should have served us first. It’s like there is no common sense or any baseline service training.

Just visited the new Panda Express that opened up, and I’m seriously impressed! The service was fast and super friendly—everyone had a smile and made sure my order was perfect. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. You can tell they’re putting in the effort to make a good first impression, and it shows. I’m definitely coming back! If you’re in the area, it’s worth checking out.

Absolutely awful customer service. I get it I came 30 minutes before closing, but if you’re still open and serving food, you’re still open and serving food. The drive thru employee basically sneered at me as I paid, and when she finally brought out the bag of food, she didn’t even hand it to me, she basically dropped it into my lap in the car. Please don’t work in customer service if you don’t know how to treat customers!
The food was also horrible. The employee said the food was made to order because they were close to closing, so I had to wait 12-15 minutes. But all of the food was cold! As if they just took it out of the fridge, put it in the microwave for 30 seconds, and put it in a container to give to me. An absolute joke!

The food was not good for the price I paid. A few pieces of orange chicken that tasted like nothing. Little sauce and way too much rice. Won’t go back.

Went through the drive through and waited 19 minutes to receive the food and it be completely wrong. Worker was to busy yelling around the restaurant sounding like she was a Waffle House employee in Arkansas to get a simple fast food order right.

THE BEST! I love everything about Panda Express! I tried the Panda Express at the Metairie, and I would say this is the best one! The atmosphere, service, and the workers are smiling even if they’re very busy. 10 stars!
