The food is decent, but the last two times I ordered from here, they didn’t pay attention. Last time I ordered, I requested no mayo on a sandwich that was also supposed to come with no onions on it and there was both mayo and onions. This second time, I ordered a sandwich with no mayo again, and again there was a ton of mayo on it, mixed in with everything else including under the melted cheese so there was no taking it off and it just went to waste because I couldn’t even enjoy it. The bread was toasted, but got gross and soggy because of the mayo and I could taste it immediately. I understand mistakes happen, but when I’m paying $15+ for a single sandwich, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect it to be made how I requested it. I won’t be coming back again.

The meat on my sandwich was blacked on the outside, dry and tough inside. They didnt trim off the fat and still managed to dry out the meat. The crinkle cut fries were under cooked and limp. I regret ordering from this place

I ordered the Giddy Up Melt with fries and a drink for delivery. The melt was advertised to come with barbecue sauce and pickles, but mine arrived with neither. The actual brisket and cheese took up only the middle half of the sandwich bread, leaving a dry inch and a half on every side around it like the worst part of a classic patty melt. The fries were undersalted.

pros: the brisket itself was tasty and not dry. the bread was perfectly toasted and buttered from crust to crust.

There is potential here but frankly the restaurant should be embarrassed by this poor execution of a simple, great concept, especially at this price point.

This is the second time I ordered from there first time it was delivery and the food turned out well. This time it was pickup and I learned a few things. One, this is actually a virtual restaurant and the actual restaurant is a Denny’s. There’s no signage for the restaurant I only found out when I could not find the location and the only thing available was the Denny’s and I walked in. Another is that no matter what you write on the food order like in my case where I specifically ask for no onions because I’m allergic, they ended up having so many onions on my sandwich I gave it away which I didn’t notice until I got home additionally when I ordered the fries it seems like they gave me three to four of the last pieces of fries left instead of a fresh full set of fries and finally the dessert it was supposed to have cheesecake in it seem to have a little to none inside of it at all. That’s pretty disappointed overall. Apparently according to one Denny server this is a virtual franchise and it’s fairly common for them to make it to be confusing about the location. Yikes.

Ordered 3 sandwiches, got 2 and one was wrong. Called , thought I had called a scam number or something sketchy, they didn’t care to say the least, claimed refund would come, it’s been a long time, never came. This is some side brand “sandwhich restaurant “ in a Dennys.

Fries were good, melt was a meat wad with a few onions and a suggestion of cheese.

Clean but the Server disappeared and we had to send food back three times. One had a hair in the breakfast sandwich and the other one was served with hard biscuits twice. Each time the Service Manager was very accommodating but the server appeared to be on some kind of speed and rushed out to her break without taking the food back to the kitchen. Denny’s is not what it used to be 10 years ago!

All in all we were not charged for the food that had to be sent back & after sending the biscuits back twice we didn’t want to try a third time.

The 3 kids meals were Amazing though and they enjoyed it very much!
