I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience.
I ordered the crispy fish sandwich deluxe, which is advertised with cheese, lettuce, and tomato. I specifically requested no lettuce or tomato and confirmed at the drive-thru window that cheese was to be added.
When I arrived home, the sandwich was missing the cheese entirely and was room temperature. Additionally, the bun was excessively dry and stale to the point that it was inedible.
To make matters more frustrating, I was asked to pull forward and wait, yet still received a sandwich that was cold and incorrectly prepared.
This experience reflects poor attention to order accuracy and food quality. Unfortunately, it did not meet even basic expectations.

This is by far the worst Arby’s I’ve been to. I’ve come here several times, and every time the staff acts like they don’t want to be there.
On my most recent visit, I waited forever for my food, and they didn’t even tell me that it would have to be cooked fresh until after I had already paid. A heads-up would have been nice so I could decide if I wanted to wait or order something else.
Overall, the service here is consistently slow and the customer service is poor. They really need to work on communication and staff attitude.

Been here three times now first interaction was OK. Second time was worse. The third time was even worse. The manager hung up on me after I complained about how the food was. Made refuses to give refunds would give this place a zero stars, but it doesn’t allow you to.

Went thru the drive thru the other day. I ordered the Greek gyro with curly fries and a sweet tea. I can’t resist the mint chocolate chip shake so I got that too. The person working the drive thru was friendly and told me they was making some fresh fries. Everything was correct in my bag food was great and fresh !

This is the only fast food restaurant I’ve been to with carpet in the dining area. Probably the nicest fast food dining area I’ve been in. I went for the Arby Qs. They were delicious. I wish they were bigger. My wife had the burger which was also good. I rarely go to Arby’s and I’m never disappointed when I do go. Food always fresh and delicious. This Arby’s was very clean. We were the only one in the dining area. And of course, the fries were excellent. Thanks.

9:15PM AUG 19, 2025: I’ve been a big ARBY’S fan for over 40 years and this visit was easily the very Worst ARBY’S experience ever! The lady that took my order was extremely rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. I could not have been more pleasant and respectful, but yet she treated me like dirt. She messed up my order and acted like it was my fault. If I was the owner she would not have a job.
