Have ordered many pizzas over the years and although our order is occasionally wrong I haven’t complained or made an issue. Wednesday I ordered 2 pizzas and neither had pepperoni which I paid for on my order using the Door Dash app. I called and told them what had happened and asked them if they could make one pizza for us the way we ordered it and we would pick it up…they said call Door Dash, I replied..you made the pizza not them…I was put on hold while he discussed with the manager…she said they weren’t going to do anything. I said, you acknowledged we did not get the pepperoni on either pizza and you received payment for it yet you are not going to do anything to make it right? He said that is what the manager said. Well, that is not how you treat customers whether you have been buying from them for years or a new customer. I threw two pizzas and two subs into the trash can…that is how mad this treatment made me. My wife called a couple days later to talk with the manager and was yelled at and told they did not have the time to listen to her. NEVER, EVER will we spend another penny with them. Gahanna is the pizza capital of Ohio with many great options and pizza shops that value their clients, treat them appropriately and provide quality pizza.

Katie‘s pizza is the best. Hands-down. My favorite of all Pizza in Gahanna. Friendly customer service and cool drivers. Never had a bad pie from here. Highly recommend.

We’ve order from Katie’s for many years.
The problem is the service.
Over the course of those years, every now and than pizza maybe not be exactly how it should have been. But we understand nothing is perfect.
But when the manager won’t address a complaint about bad service from Katie’s employees thats a problem. It shows you they dont care about the customers who pay your bills.
That’s not how a business should be run.
By the way I have personality been involved with Ownership, Management and Training of pizza shops.
I have own several other business. And fully understand the complexity of that industry and business in general.
And there are no excuses for the bad service or the lack of management including the owner to correct or solve, let alone address the issue.
Your customers and that community support your local businesses.
And from other reviews Katie and her pizza shop dont care.
Just one example, Teritas Pizza.
50 years in business and they dont deliver. Service and food so good they dont have to.
No joke, they are always busy.

Just kidding! The pizza was amazing but I accidentally tipped too much and they provided me with a refund, that was really nice of them

Whoever the older guy is who works at Katie’s is unkind and flat out rude. I was genuinely curious if he had just had a bad day but after reading other reviews I can see this is clearly not the case, the guy is just weird. Lost a loyal customer… is it that hard to be kind?

I must say I have grown up eating Grandad’s and Katie’s Pizza. And I have always loved the service I have received at both locations at least until recently. If you’re fortunate enough enough to get serviced by the blonde lady who is usually in Katie’s Pizza you will have a wonderful experience. However if you’re unfortunate enough to have your service taken care of by the owner of Katie’s Pizza the service will be subpar at best. I’ve never met a business owner who can be so rude. So from now on I will be taking my business to Grandad’s since it’s the exact same Pizza served by a much less abrasive person.

Was really looking forward to having Katie’s pizza again after many years. Received my pizza (what I felt was) brunt. Called back for a redo, offered to send pictures of the burnt pizza. They declined the photos and any kind of compensation because they “know” it wasn’t burnt. Ill stick with Anges, Donatos or Bellacinos

Light on the cheese, heavy on the pep . Greasy. Crispy. Couldn’t eat there, so took it up to creekside to eat. Heavy pepperoni isn’t my thing, but I bet I could ask for light pep. It’s ok, but not quite the flavor I look for in pizza
