Italian is not my first choice, but whenever I want Italian foods I would come here. This 23 years old restaurant is highly recommended. Real mom&pop place. The owner, Francesco, has such a warm heart. He made us feel like eating at our grandparents house. He and his wife kept feeding us wonderful and tasty foods. The price is reasonable.

So happy I found this little gem. Best authentic Italian food. I ordered online for pick up. Apparently they were having issues with their phones so they didn’t receive my order. Chef came out the back and explained situation. I was seated while they made my food as I waited with complimentary wine and bread.

Cafe Italia Ristorante on Federal Highway continues to be a family gem for authentic Italian cooking. The owner is always present with a gracious smile greeting people.
The food is home cooked pleasure pleasing. The menu has a good variety and the portion size is adequate.
There seem to be changes over the past year which from memory would say there used to be a side or small salad that came with the entrée but not now as everything is a la carte. The bar is limited to wine and beer only.
My favorite item on the menu is the lemon sorbet — a wonderful palate finish to a good meal.

Absolutely terrible place. Not delicious food. Specially tuna was cooked not well. It was looks like not fresh. And taste was very strange. Burn onions. Such a bad experience with this place. Also takes so long time to wait dinner. Highly not recommended to go there! Also stuff don’t return change from order. Not nice place.

Chicken and Eggplant Parmigiano were quite tender and tasty. Friends shared that their meatball pizza and seafood pasta were excellent. Bread was too oily. Cherry ginger soda had little ginger and too much ice despite having requested more ginger and less ice.
