I Called last Evening around 7ish to Place a Delivery Order.
The Order was for a Small Pepperoni Pizza & was Below the Minimum Order of $12 for Delivery, so even though I’m Not Familiar with the Area, I Ordered anyway & left to Pick it up.
I want to add that I am 72 Years Old, I Live in a Senior Building in Brentwood & it was Pitch Black Outside. I do Not do very well anymore Driving in the Dark & mentioned ALL of this.
Anyway, I found the Place & Picked up my Pizza.
The Pizza was Cold of course by the time I got Home which I’ll take Blame for Not knowing the Area. As for the Pizza & I will add a Photo, the Pizza had Hair on it & it was Burnt too.
I’m very Disappointed with this Fox’s & I won’t be Returning to this Establishment in the Future for anything.

Excellent Italian hoagies. Was told steak hoagies were awesome too. Did phone order. Customer service was great and delivery was efficient and great as well. Very satisfied with Foxes Pizza Den.

Visiting from out of state so I decided to give this place a chance….and I wasn’t disappointed!! The sauce on the pizza is absolutely delicious. The mushrooms were fresh not from a can! I ordered the wings extra and they were perfect and they were a nice size. The spicy bbq sauce had the right amount of sweet and heat. I placed my order over the phone after calling 3x with questions . Each time they were very friendly and the driver was also very friendly!! Highly recommend!

I had not had Fox’s for a while so I went away from my regular Pizza Shack and ordered a Sicilian Champ and a steak hoagie. Steak hoagie was salty, light on the beef and full of iceberg lettuce. Marginal at best. I ordered the Champ with pepperoni and extra sauce which was lacking. The pizza was burned beyond being acceptable. I ate 1 1/2 pieces and decided it was not going to get any better. This was a pick up order so back to the store I went. I asked for my money back. Excuse was “it’s a premade crust” . That’s what I get for not getting my normal Pizza Shack. Never again.

I live 3 miles from this location, and they have delivered to me many times, most recently on 10/31 and 11/7. Tonight they took my order, confirmed it via email, and called me 45 minutes later to tell me they don’t deliver to my area (which they have repeatedly) and cancelled the order. I don’t even know where to begin on how many things are wrong with this scenario… Very disappointing. Was one of my favorites locally prior to this exchange…

I used to order from there once or twice a week and topped 25% or more every time. Last time I called I had a coupon the guy refused to honor even though I’ve used older coupons in the past many many times with zero issue. Way to lose a good customer over a dollar. Update: Just realized they charge you the current price regardless of what you say the coupon is for so buyer beware.
