I would put 0 star if I could!! They messed up my order and when I called the girl employee was SO RUDE.. has no manner!
If you don’t know any good manners, DO NOT WORK for customer service!
I’m gonna report to the manager and get her fired!

For a franchise sandwich shop, not all are created equal. Cliche aside, this Apache Junction Subway location hit the spot, from the excellent foot long veggie with bacon that Dana made me to the alternative background music it made for a great lunch that didn’t weigh me down. So, in the heat of summer, this Subway is the place to run lean.

They don’t know how to make sandwiches past 9pm or if you do an online order. I ordered several different sauces on my sandwich, and it came with double cheese and Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese, do you see that? No, they made it so crappy and dry since they didn’t even put mayonnaise on it that I almost choked on it. I ordered it toasted and got it stone cold, I was missing cheese sauce for the pretzels too. I had a sub that literally had one half of a cheese slice on the entire footlong because they are too incompetent and lazy to go make another batch of it. If you order on the app, go inside as your ordering it and stalk them or else you’ll get terrible food, don’t even attempt to order on Uber eats, they make it 10x worse then this order. If I don’t get a refund I won’t ever return to this location, and I’ll go to Jimmy John’s and pay the extra price for quality. This is really unexcusable, and the new employees aren’t the best. There was this guy who worked there a long time ago, I miss him as he’d make the subs good no matter how you ordered it, you could tell he made it because it was good and correct and if it wasn’t he’d make your whole order for free. These new people aren’t as good or near as good as him, and the younger girl is rushy and pushy about everything she can be.

Service was friendly, fast, and efficient. Communication between staff to staff relayed my order and they each knew what I was wanting for my meal.

All subways seem to have had an issue getting black olives in stock for a month, not to mention the bad choice to remove Swiss from their ingredients. Still, this location has good service and clean environment.

We ordered the two new wraps that recently came out but we noticed that the chicken looked more like ground chicken than chunks or slices like the advertisement. It also had very little of the glaze sauce. The new beef wrap was very tasty and looked close to the advertised product.

We went to buy some sandwiches and the gentleman who was helping us did not want to be there he kept rolling his eyes and then when it came time to pay he just got mad and stormed into the back talking under his breath and then a nice young lady with ginger hair helped us finish checking out and the guy was a young man with dreadlocks hanging out of his visor and was wearing a purple hoodie under his shirt

The employees and the food were great. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed. It’s currently 111 degrees in Apache Junction (5:31pm 8/2/25) and there is NO WORKING AC IN THIS BUILDING. I asked how long it had been out and they said all day yesterday and all day today – with no one coming out to check on it. It is ridiculously hot inside that building and expecting people to work like this is inhumane. FIX THIS!

When I order a sandwich I get it with double meat on it, but everytime I order here at this one I get charged for the double meat but my sanfwich is not as big as it should be. Be careful them charging extra and you dont get it. The picture I took was of a sub that was supposed to be double meat. Does this look double?

I visited this Subway 4 days ago. My Friend Conny was with me. I had a coupon for 2 footlongs. I ordered a Club and Conny ordered a Ham. The picture of my Club Sandwich is included in this review. We both took the Subs home for next day. I was shocked there was only a couple pieces of meat and 2 slices of cheese you could see thru. Conny told me she had barely any ham on hers but had plenty of lettuce. The next day I call the restaurant to talk to the manager. The female that answered the phone was evasive. She hung up on me. I called back , a different female bluntly told me manager wasn’t in and promptly hung up on me. Rude employees , sandwiches had to be finished at home with what was left out. So if you get takeout best to check your food. Yes, I know people are able to watch the employees but my friend and I were eating at the table after placing the coupon order. Apparently if you use a coupon you don’t get a decent meal. I’m sure somewhere in Apache Junction there is a decent Subway. When I find one I will review here. Until then it’s Jimmy Johns.
