This place Never disappoints. The food is consistently excellent, the staff is always friendly, and the experience always leaves me wanting more. The price could be a little bit better but its well worth the cost. A must visit on a weekly basis for me.

We love our local Firehouse Subs locations and have never had a bad experience at either the one on 23rd or the one on 77. Service is always fast, friendly and accurate. The food is always delicious. The app makes it easy to order ahead and take advantage of deals and savings.

Ordering was a bit of a slow process – in that we were ready to order but the gal wasn’t greeting us or telling us about the menu or, we’ll, doing much of anything. There had been 1 person who’d ordered before we came into the location and she was still sitting and waiting for her order. It took quite a while for our 2 sandwiches to be ready… we ordered to go.

Once we were ready to eat — the bread was nice and fresh with a good taste. The rest of both sandwiches left a bit to be desired. My husband (a retired Houston firefighter) got the Hook & Ladder and I got the Italian. I can say on mine: There was mayo on both sides of the bread. There were only a few bits of lettuce and it was sparse on th a tomatoes. The meat and cheese were on it in the manner expected. There was no dressing or salt/pepper or anything like oil/vinegar.

Overall? A very average hero-type sandwich that was very overpriced.

Without a doubt one of the best Firehouse Subs we’ve used in the area. Staff is always cleaning and friendly. The sandwiches are fresh and still warm when get home. Now, the one in Lynn Haven is just about the opposite and should take notes from 23rd Street Panama City.

I recently placed an online order and when I got home I saw that 2 items were missing. When I brought it to their attention, Chris the manager responded promptly and went to great lengths to make it right. I’ve always enjoyed their sandwiches and it is refreshing to see that such a high level of customer service still exists.

Our mobile order was just sitting behind the counter for who knows how long. Food was cold, bag was missing our chip order, took 25 minutes to get our order past when the website said it should be ready.

1 hour after eating a Turkey sub from this location, I ended up being super sick. The workers weren’t friendly or very professional to begin with. The cashier was on the phone while taking my order.
