HEB got it right again! Great BBQ, fast and convenient. The food was delicious, the service great, the only thing that prevented a 5 star rating is the place wasn’t the cleanest. The tables needed cleaning. All in all a great experience, when we are here we will be back.

The location is very convenient being attached to the greatest grocery store in the NATION! You can eat then grab some groceries on a full stomach before heading home.
The service is 2nd to none! They are very kind and can answer any questions you may have about their awesome menu. They bring your food out to you with a smile.
Oh and forgot to mention they have a variety of teas and lemonade to choose from on top of the fountain drinks.

The Mac and cheese was great. The brisket BBQ sandwich was big and filling. I’m not sure why but the root beer hit different here. Good stuff!!

We stopped by to have a quick dinner. My wife had the lean brisket sandwich and I had the Chopped Brisket sandwich. Both sandwiches were very good. I also had the Mac and Cheese as a side. The Mac and Cheese was very tasty seasoned just right. Their dinning area was very clean and well decorated for that Texas Hill Country feel.
If you want a quick bite to eat and you don’t want to have a sit down dinner where you have to wait a good while for your meal, this is a great place.

This place is nothing short of 5 *. The brisket is just about the best it can be. I opted for a plate of just sliced brisket from the point. That’s my favorite cut of meat. It definitely didn’t disappoint.
The cashier was very friendly and efficient. She explained a little about the brisket they make and helped with getting the other. I was so impressed. I wish I could take some back with me on the airplane.
The restaurant sits in a corner of the HEB grocery store. It’s a perfect place to have it. It looks like you are definitely walking into a very nice BBQ restaurant. It was clean and perfect.

Solid choice for barbecue in town! The only thing is, sometimes they sell out so if you want the full menu you have to go early enough. The service is always top tier, and the food is excellent! They always have a new food item to try like a side or a combination plate, like brisket birria ramen or combined with Mac and cheese. The Dino Rib is big enough for 2. Thanks, HEB

ITS HEB….NUFF SAID. Also if you’re looking for the spot to get the best chicken tenders in Kerrville, this is where you need to go! I know that sounds silly because I’m reviewing a barbecue place, don’t get me wrong the barbecue’s good! But these chicken tenders are supreme! They’re fries are super delicious and sometimes I order them alone! Also they have this cool little deal where if you buy one of their mugs which even at the largest size is 10 bucks, you can always go in at any point in time and get refill for $0.99! I bought the biggest mug of course! It’s always clean and the service is always great! There is an entire bar to sit at with USB ports and charging stations in case you would like to go in and sit and do a little bit of work! Any type of seating that you prefer is there! There is a bar with bar stools! There are high top tables with bar stools! There are regular tables with regular chairs! And there are booths! I don’t know what significance that has, but it literally has all the different types of seating it’s always nice and cool in here too and never stuffy! Make this a regular spot for yourself!
