Was so excited to have a Potbelly location closer to home, but our first pickup experience was disappointing. Our 2 regular sandwiches were great, but the grilled cheese in our toddler’s kids meal was totally inedible. There was less than a single slice of cheese on it.

The people working here were rude to my wife and mother in-law when we went yesterday. I got the chicken salad sandwich which would’ve been good but I’m pretty sure the person who made it was cutting hot peppers or something bc it was really spicy. No need to go here again.
