I ordered on 2/16/26 in the evening. I placed an order for 30 Garlic Parmesan wings. 20 as part of the Meal for Two and 10 as part of the 80¢ wings promotion. Unfortunately, my order was not as expected. The 20 wings from the Meal for Two were supposed to be Garlic Parmesan but had no seasoning at all. The fries were also unseasoned. The chicken was cold and stale just 10 minutes after pickup. I’ve been a regular Wingstop customer and have always enjoyed the quality, so this experience was disappointing.

Placed an online order. Says 4-9 mins, so happy that i don’t have to wait too long. Then i went into the store after 9 mins. They say it’d take 5 more mins, which is no problem not surprised. So i wait in my car and come back in after 10min, another guy says it’s not ready. So i wait inside. Trying to be patient i sat on the chair 15 min. Finally they didn’t seem to be doing anything so i walk up and ask if the order is ready. Crazy the order was ready long time ago and they didn’t bother to let me know. Maybe i should’ve been impatient ask them more often maybe slap my phone up their face now and then

This location takes an inconsiderable amount of time to make food, there’s absolutely no reason 3 chicken tenders should take over an hour. They also tend to forget drinks in orders whether in person or online.

Now I know why it’s 3 stars. I ordered 10 boneless wings and i got chicken breast cut in small pieces to look like wings. Every single of them were hard, dry overcooked or probably re warmed cut of chicken breast. I only ate 1 and throw them out and heading to get food from somewhere else.

I walked in for a takeout order and then 5 people walked in after me and they overlooked me to give each one of them their takeout orders before me individually even though some weren’t even ready yet and mine was sitting getting cold. Despite my interjections they ignored me.
Wingstop also made their food worse and cheaper to produce while increasing the price of it at restaurants at the same time.

We told the workers we wanted the meal deal, no drink. We had to repeat ourselves 20 times and finally after all that he put a 20 oz drink on our charge. We told him we didn’t want the 3.49 charge and he said he took it off from his side and that the manager said it wouldn’t charge us. We payed and it still charged us for the drink when we checked the receipt. So now we’re waiting for our order with no drink. We go back up and he won’t give us the money back and after 10 minutes of back and forth he hands us a small drink cup and we’re so pissed off we just take it and want our food. We will never come back to this wing stop location after this HORRIBLE experience.

This place is gross. The soda dispenser is out of everything but like peach diet Powerade. None of the orders are labeled so people are just grabbing bags. There is literally not a single trash can so there is just old food on most of the tables and trash is everywhere.

Today I got a 3 PC tender meal and when I returned to work across the street from wingstop I opened my food and ate a whole tender and a half before I realized there was a hair on one of the tenders …When I brought it back to the store I asked the guy at the front “Is the manager was available” and he proceeded to ask me if I had a question which I replied “No, there’s a hair in my food”. He then tried to grab the bag and say he will handle it which I replied “no I would like to show the manager” and once she came to the counter she was very polite and took care of me with a refund and everything, but it seemed like none of the guys working there were wearing their hats properly by what I saw which is a health code violation which I know, because I literally work in food service so that needs to definitely be addressed by Corp or the health department. Props to the manager that helped me though she was very kind and helpful
