don’t listen to the bad reviews. they don’t know what they’re talking about.

my favorite food is pho. i’ve been to just about every pho place in lacey/olympia… even some in seattle. this is the best pho i’ve ever had, and continues to be the best i
pho i’ve ever had. i get their veggie and tofu pho with extra white onions, but replace the vegan broth with the beef. i don’t know what they do differently with their broth, but it’s so good. everytime. it’s so insanely rich in flavor. i’m a regular there and the staff knows my order by heart. i don’t need a menu. they’re also VERY kind. some of the sweetest people you’ll meet.

the thai tea is amazing, and i love their ginger tea. i’ll get that when i’m not feeling well. the drink is seemingly the only thing i’ll switch up about my order.

i LOVE their fresh spring rolls. their shrimp spring rolls are SO GOOD. they also have the best peanut sauce. their other food is FANTASTIC TOO. i just can never bring myself to order something else. i CRAVE their pho and just need to get it everytime.

i honestly think i’ve brought all my friends here, and with working in a restaurant myself, if pho is brought up, i tell them you need to try thuy’s pho in olympia IMMEDIATELY.

anyways, seriously do yourself a favor a try this place if you haven’t already… and if for some reason you “don’t like it”…you’re full of it! you don’t know what you’re talking about, and your opinion is bad and one i don’t trust.

heh! love you, thuy’s pho. <3

I come here a few times before. i had try their pho, baguette, and pad thai, which were all amazing especially the broth, the best in town. And today I decided to get some yakisoba togo, which was not disappointed at all. A clean and nice place to eat and relax, and their service is very friendly too. I highly recommend this place.

First time for me eating pho`. Overall a good experience and great flavors. It all just seems like an over priced pack of top Ramen with your choice of protein.

I’m no stranger to South Asian food.
I’ve never ordered from here before. The taste was . The serving very good. The only negative is that the dish was short on the proteins.
I’d order again perhaps not dishes with proteins, unless they bumped it up.

This place is underrated. The food is good, I love their Vietnamese coffee! The server came right away to get our order. Super fast unlike the other popular pho place nearby. This place also has kids menu.

I don’t order out much. Maybe 5 times a year. Today was one of those days. Wife is feeling under the weather and I got a bonus. Figured it would be a nice treat.
Wrong.
Guy on the phone who took my order, he was great.
The inside of the establishment was clean, modern and welcoming. It smelled great in there too!
Unfortunately, I’m not happy. I just spent $83.00 on 3 “large” bowls of Roast chicken Pho and 3 boba tea.
The broth taste like it came out of a box.
Even tho I arrived before they finished the order, my broth was luke warm and the thing that is most irritating is the garnish.
Asked for extra lime (which maybe they did, there were 5 little slices) but they gave us enough garnish for 1 bowl. The Thai basil was literally 3 little twigs of wilted basil leaves. Maybe 5 leaves on one twig, and the others had leaves the size of a 1 dot Lego and they were wilted.
No they weren’t busy, (at least they didn’t seem like it).
Here’s the thing, I paid almost $100 for 3 bowls of soup.
Makes me wonder why I even eat out at all anymore.
I’d take it back and all that but I’m home, not driving all the way back and dealing with the headache or who knows what else.
I just won’t be back and I’ll leave a review that hopefully saves you from making the same mistake I did.
Maybe it’s my fault for not double checking. But I shouldn’t have to. My order was simple, no substitutions except for extra lime.
Don’t know where good pho is around here but it’s probably in a back alley somewhere.
If you’re going to charge those prices for soup, then be the best you can. Decent customer interaction, Mediocre food.

I ordered out on my way home. Delicious food. The restaurant is small, clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend them if you want delicious Vietnamese food.
