I don’t usually leave bad reviews, so this is kinda awkward. I came into this Jimmy John’s this morning and honestly, the food was fine. The sandwich was solid, service was quick, and for the most part the workers were great.
One thing kinda threw me off though. While I was ordering, a worker had a weird smell that was pretty strong and distracted me from enjoying my meal. Not trying to be rude or disrespectful at all, it just stuck with me more than I expected.
Still ate my sandwich. Still love Jimmy John’s.
I’ll for sure be coming back. Maybe just open a window or something next time.

I don’t like giving bad reviews. We’ve order delivery from here a few times. It’s never here at a reasonable time. To add to this, I managed a Jimmy John’s in college. If our store operated like this, we would have closed up. I know Jimmy sold out and doesn’t care anymore, but store owners should. Do better.

Calvin and Emilio provided me with an amazing customer service experience, they called me by my name when I entered my rewards, they were smiling, very professional, the place was spotless and the food was top notch. These not only deserve a raise, but they deserve the top tier recognition for making the job look easy. 5 star review from me. Keep up the great work guys.

We’ve ordered from this JJ’s a few times in the last year and every time has been worse and worse. They make sandwiches wrong, forget sandwiches and this last time- they just (in their words) “straight up forgot to make our order”. No apologies, never. I live a few blocks from this one and it always takes forever to get it delivered. Tried writing in about it but they’re independently owned and the manager clearly doesn’t care that their business is being run poorly. 10/10 do not recommend.

Unbelievably slow. Waiting over an hour and still haven’t gotten our food. We called to ask about our delivery and the response was “it’ll get there when it gets there” and “we’ve been moving away from ‘freaky fast'”
Yeah, no kidding. There are other Jimmy John’s in the cities that still deliver quickly but this EP location is not worth the risk
For the record, I submitted my feedback to corporate and have received 0 follow-up as of 4 months later. Better to skip this location, folks!

Confirmed an order for 7 (30) piece party pack sandwiches for 9/13 at 2:30 pm for the EPHS Marching Band to feed 94 people for a competition. Called and sent tax exempt form on Friday so everyone was aware.
Received a phone call at 2:30 pm on 9/13 (time sandwiches were supposed to be ready for pick up) letting us know sandwiches weren’t made and if we wanted them. Were disappointed, but yes we wanted them as we needed to feed the band kids. Edward- manager assured us sandwiches would be ready at 3:15/3:30.
Arrived at Jimmy John’s in person at 2:55 and sandwiches hadn’t been started. When asked about sandwiches was gaslight and told “you told us you didn’t want the sandwiches”. This was completely false.
The 7 (30) pack party pack boxes were on the counter so they knew they had to be filled.
I asked how long it would take to make the sandwiches to feed the band kids and Edward looked around and stated “I don’t have enough bread made here to make your sandwiches” I’ll have to cancel your order.
94 people, mostly students, from EPHS were left without dinner as EP Jimmy John’s cancelled on us last minute and didn’t prepare when they knew we had a large order that was confirmed the day before.

Slowest jimmy johns in the world. Dont bother ordering online even if you are less than 5 minutes away from this location it will take at least an hour, first time ordering it took an hour and today i ordered again 30 minutes ago and still nothing no update no anything. Freaky slow is their slogan
