Whoever said this is authentic has never had authentic Thai food

The current was watery
The pad SE ew was bland
The tom kah was nothing like I have every had

The server was miserable.

When we made a comment about the mild being spicy her reply was “try mixing it.”. Terrible customer services and even when ordering asking questions she was obviously annoyed just having to take an order.

I would not recommended and will never be back

***Update based on the owner reply you can see their level of customer service. Be cautious. Also check multiple reviews with the same issues.

By the way. I never said I cook Thai. Just eat it a lot 🙂

Have a blessed day.

Sorta mid all around. It was not bad but too sweet for my taste. Thai food is typically little on the sweet side but this place was a little sweeter than others. We wanted to try it since we pass by this place couple times a month. It was ok but I know there were also some regulars so maybe better for others

I had an amazing experience at this Thai restaurant! I decided to visit with my family and friends, and we were not disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with authentic flavors, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Everyone in our group had a fantastic time, and we all left feeling satisfied and happy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great Thai food. Total gem—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Finally tried this place and it did not disappoint. My wife and I had the chicken wing appetizer, egg rolls and red curry. I told them to make my curry as hot as they could. That was a mistake lol. I could hear by the 4th bite lol. Love it tho! So spicy. To flavorful. Quick and friendly service. I’ll be back soon for sure

Great place. The owner is whonworked at Thai Phooket in Madison for years. The food is great. 15% service fee for to go orders over $50 seems a lil ridiculous though. Maybe $.50-.75 per order to cover the to go containers would be more palatable.

This place has the best Pad Thai I’ve ever had in Hendersonville (and even Nashville!) The flavors are rich, the ingredients are fresh, and the portion sizes are perfect. The owner is absolutely amazing—so welcoming and kind, making the dining experience even better. The food quality is impeccable, from the perfectly cooked noodles to the bold, authentic flavors in every dish.

Yes, you do need to wait often. However, IT IS WORTH it!! The freshness and care put into each dish make every minute of waiting worthwhile. If you’re looking for top-notch Thai food in Hendersonville, this is the spot! Highly recommend!

Oh, and while I always get the Pad Thai, the Pad See Ew and Drunken Noodles are also fabulous choices!

Best Thai in Hendersonville. They make it easy to order online and you can pick up through the drive thru window. The staff is always very friendly and the food is delicious. Typically get the crab delight as an app, pad thai (so good) and basil fried rice!

Also, it seems the most recent one star reviewer leaves quite a few one stars for businesses. As a business owner myself- it’s these types of people we are happy don’t come back. Hard to please, pessimistic, and high maintenance. Don’t let it bother you- your business is awesome.

This place is great.

New in the area and surprisingly well tasting. We had Wong tong and hot and sour soups
for appetizers and duck w/rice and Ginger stir fry for entrées. Food was fresh and tasty. Everything turned out really well. And I was really surprised because it wasn’t what I expected. I think they’re still getting organized because there was some confusion with who was doing what but overall it was really nice. If you like Thai food check it out it’s worth it. I hear that their Pho is the bomb.

Tried Thai Orchid for the first time and was blown away on how tasty everything was. This will be one of our favorite go-to restaurants! We had the egg rolls, Drunken Noodles (spice level 2) and Red Curry with vegetables (spice lowest level). Spice level 2 has a really good kick – I wouldn’t go higher than level 2. We chose the lowest level spice on the red curry and it was pleasantly spicy. Truly delicious and tasty food! Highly recommend!

Not special to us & my wife is Thai. Nothing we ordered tastes like real Thai food. Most of it was ok, just not delicious. Thai coconut soup had so much onion in it that it was unpleasant. Rolls had no good dipping sauce & asked if they had hoisin sauce & Sriracha and she said no. The Thai sweet sauce was watery, not a more common thicker, sweet & spicy sauce. Leaving the restaurant, we saw some on the counter! Beef salad says it comes with mixed lettuce, not an iceberg wedge. There was more carrots in it than anything besides the wedge.
Neither of us enjoyed our meal. When asked about our heat level, we said medium, because we had no idea how the cook interprets the levels just to be safe. Either they forgot to spice it up, or their medium is just black pepper. Nothing was spicy.
