The service was great. Friendly staff and a very inviting feel to the place. There are games to play which make for some extra added fun. The food is great. Our burgers where cooked perfect. Loved the jalapeños poppers and the fish and chips. Definitely coming back to get some wings next time.

If you are looking for a small town, local dive feel, this is it. I’ve eaten here every season we hunt in the area. You are in a small town bar with bar food but if that is what you are looking for this place is top notch. The people are great and it is a great place to stop and refuel after walking miles upon miles looking for wildlife in the area.

We’ve lived in Grand County for years and finally made a stop here for lunch on a Saturday. It’s bar food that’s reasonably priced. They did have posters for live bands and karaoke. Glad we got to see this gem and staple to the area. Would try again.

Asked the owner what kind of oil he uses to make the in-house chips. Dude said “just CANOLA”.
I would imagine he uses canola for everything else too.

Long story short- my meal was a typical grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and side salad instead of French fries- $32! (pretty common right? Sounds like $15-18, $20 max) My meal was $32! I thought i was getting a burger on the menu and just switching it out for chicken because I don’t do well with beef. Everything is extra, substitutes are charged at full price as an extra… $32 for a bar food sandwich and a premixed side salad and no fries is insane, any way you look at it; airports are cheaper, Vail is cheaper, that price is date night at a decently fancy restaurant for a main course with far better ambiance. It was hard to not to leave feeling very bitter. I don’t mind being charged at touch more for inconvenience and the subs, but this was way too much. I would have stayed longer and had drinks and spent far more, but at that point I was beyond frustrated. Atmosphere is bar with games, fun enough. Service is fine. My food was good- just not worth that price in any way, nothing special. I’ll avoid eating at this place in the future unless prices change.

Horrible service. If there was less yapping & more working, the customers might get a meal in this place. Waited more than 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Place wasn’t busy at all. Ordered a chicken sandwich & it was tiny tiny tiny. Really sick & tired of every restaurant in Grand County using the inflation card. Upping the prices of everything & giving smaller portions. Also, when did restaurants start charging you for tomatoes & lettuce on a burger?

Friendly, affordable and good. We had jalapeno bottle caps and beers. Next time you tired of your regular haunts or you’re out fly fishing, try it for suds and caps, great poppers too.
