This place offers fresh fruit and veg juices at a reasonable price. The man working was by himself but he was taking orders and getting it done. Very polite. Being from up north I am not used to going in stores and finding a prayer wall, but it was really sweet.

I really love Clean Juice, not happy to make a bad review. This location has a lot of great options. I ordered something new called the Berry Colada. I asked the professional about the mushroom blend in it she really couldn’t tell me anything and did look for additional info on it but couldn’t find it. I asked her about the drink (Berry Colada) she hadn’t tried it but I took a risk to order something new…
I thought it was supposed to have a cream swirl in it but it was straight purple. It tasted unfortunately like literal throw-up. I’m figuring something was off but since she hadn’t tried the smoothie it’d be hard to know. Very sweet, very young girl. Nothing against her at all.
I asked to swap the smoothie out for smoothie else due it tasting horrible she said she’d ask her manager, went to the back, came and said they don’t do exchanges at all in case the customer doesn’t like something. I was taken back as a customer service professional it seemed odd. I asked to talk to the manager directly and she said she just text the manager, she wasn’t actually in.
When you take a risk there’s always a chance you might not like something. But for the worker to have never tried the smoothie, it not being presented as shown, and no information on what’s in it and to not comp a customer for making something disgusting that you’ve never tried is poor training in my book.
Definitely disappointed.

Amelia and Sofie were helpful and kind. I came in for a hardcore one and it’s been a while bc it’s a definitely a taste to acquire in raw form like that. Amelia offered suggestions to make it more digestible and this is the best version I’ve had. Sofie made it perfect! Thanks guys and their energy was amazing and light. Especially needed in this planet at this time.

I usually frequent the Clean Juice in Mooresville but decided to get a juice here at Clean Juice Birkdale after yoga. When I walked in, I could not read the drink menu due to the digital screen being partially dark. So, I used the app to order my drinks. It took about 30-40 mins to receive my drinks which was well beyond the time indicated in the app that it would be ready. I always get the same order which is the Tropical One Smoothie with hemp protein and this time it tasted horribly as if they left out ingredients. In their defense, the lead/manager offered to “doctor it up” but after waiting for so long it had already left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended). She also mentioned if I wanted a refund that I would have to send an email or reach out to someone. To be quite honest it was not worth the time and effort and I wasted my time waiting for a drink that was mediocre (and usually tastes great made at my local Clean Juice!) I won’t be visiting this Clean Juice location again.

Stopped by Clean Juice on a Friday night about 30 minutes before closing time. Both of the ladies working were very helpful since we had never been here. We went with The Cali, The Buffalo Chicken, The Immunity One and The Glow One. Everything we got tasted great and the best part was all of the ingredients were good! We will definitely be back!

I came here 4/18 around 9:35am after a doctor’s appointment. I’ve always wanted to try clean juice but haven’t had the chance. It was my first time here and the girl who took my order was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She recommend the Immunity One juice and it was amazing. The guy who made my juice was also kind. They both provided excellent service and would recommend clean juice to everyone.
