They are really slow. I saw 5 cars pulled over this morning. I have had to wait every time I have been there this year. They wait forever to take your order, they write it down to keep from putting you on the clock. If it wasn’t the only restaurant in town they would not be in business. It is so bad most people refer to it as going to the light pole, where they pull you over, instead of Hardee’s.

Our ministry team stopped here for breakfast and I was extremely impressed with Autumn! She was so efficient, kind and personable! Autumn was serving guests, taking drive thru orders and working the cash register all at the same time without missing a beat! She could be a CEO for Hardee’s! or anywhere else! This was a horrendous experience. We had put in an online order. The workers said that they were out of fries and said that it it what it is. We paid for combos and only got the sandwiches, which were cold, and the chicken sandwiches did not have any condiments. I am truly disappointed with the service today.

The restaurant was clean. The staff was groomed and clean. They were all very nice. I’m overheard the manager tell her staff good job. You don’t hear that very often. The restaurant was ran well.

Food was good! Service was also good! The place was in the process of being cleaned and everything was very clean. Restrooms were also clean and I really appreciate that. Although it was very hot in there when we were in there eating a few days ago. It sucked for us but I feel bad for the workers because they have to swelter in that.

The cashier was nice except we had to “Pull up to the end of the DT” and wait for our food when we were in the drive thru. Almost every time I get food there I have to pull ahead to the end of the road ️. My man gets his lunch there everyday and he *only complains about the food/service half of the time
