We came in to grab our order and also purchased three beverages. When we received our food, we asked for ranch and mayo. I was fully prepared to pay for the extra sides, but John kindly let us have them at no charge.

Just picked up a couple of pizza from this location on 12 mile in Berkley. When I got home and opened the boxes I was EXTREMELY disappointed! One of the pizzas was 23.00 with tax and there were hardly any toppings on it. The other 14.00 pepperoni pizza the same as well was OVER COOKED. This was my 2nd experience with pizza from Cottage Inn in over 15 years. Last week my co workers & I order from the Livonia location and when I tell you it was Absolutely AMAZING! Our pizza looked EXACTLY as pictured online. If I ever eat Cottage Inn pizza again it will be from the Livonia location!

We ordered a take out and the timing was perfect. The pizza was delicious even the pieces my friend Kim dropped on the sidewalk up to her house. 5 second rule. The acorn was good too lol. The establishment was clean and organized. I’m not good with remembering names so I apologize to the gal from Fowlerville area for not remembering her name but she was the best. Her personality is the epitome of personalities which makes her a difficult task to emulate. She was well mannered, had a natural smile, appeared to me as someone that sees the glass half full, she was open to conversation without causing frustration to others in line and she helped put a smile on my face that continued as I walked out and drove away. My friend Kim was even smiling because of my smile. It’s contagious in a good way. I recommend Cottage Inn Pizza at this location to everyone that wants to have the same experience. Thank you.

Thin crust medium pepperoni and a thin crust green pepper, ham and onion. I have had recently, a better DiGorno frozen thin crust from woodward market (seriously), than either of these for $6.99. I paid $23 for the two and the crust is like a semi old cracker that doesn’t crunch. No real taste, and I am not sure I could see or taste any onion.
The toppings are small and the rest is semi-tasteless. Stay away from the thin crust.
Too many options in Berkley to have to go here for this, at this price point.
Howies, Green Lantern, Jets (not including here Little Caesars), Amici’s and even 24 Seconds. I had received their mailers and coupons and thought I would try it.

In my original review (see below) I handed out 2 stars to this Cottage Inn location. However, today I finally got the opportunity to meet the owner Eimil, and all of my concerns were addressed professionally, and with the utmost patience and courtesy! Eimil, you are truly a class act! Consider me a loyal customer from here on out! Also, the pizzas were delicious!

As a once small business owner, I know how important it is for your customers to have a stress and hassle free experience. Unfortunately, stress and hassle is all I have been experiencing as of late with this location. My main gripe is the inconsistency with the pricing. I order the same two pizzas each weekend on Sunday, and on each occasion the price is different. One week the price is $45.00, the next week it is $55.00, and today (Sunday, June 22, 2025), it was a whopping $65.00.
I’m done with Cottage Pizza! You’ve just lost a loyal and consistent customer!

I had a Door Dash delivery scheduled and the establishment had questions regarding my selections. I can not express how much I appreciated a phone call to clarify what I truly wanted! It was the old school customer service of the greats. Not to mention that I was extremely satisfied with the freshness, and quality of my order.
