Absolutely no words for how good it was. The atmosphere was super cute, and the staff were fantastic and very attentive! We started with the whipped ricotta + honey and the fried zucchini. Both were very good, but the whipped ricotta and the bread it came on were INSANE. I had the chicken parm in vodka sauce, which was absolutely perfect. The vodka sauce here is possibly the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. My mom had the shrimp francese, which she said were expertly battered and some of the best she’s had in years, and my brother had the veal rollatini in vodka sauce, which he said was ridiculously good as well. The experience was excellent. Went here on Valentine’s Day. Food was really good and there was live music for us to listen to. Prices are reasonable being that a lot of their food is made fresh. 100% recommend.

Wow!!! Didn’t know what we were missing! Everything was incredible. The fried calamari was….Perfection! We had a special with sauted chicken, ham and walnuts in a cream sauce over roasted potatoes and spinach-delicious! We also had the saltimboca alla primavera it was out of this world! Very generous portions and great wait staff. What a gem!

I have not dined in as yet, I have called to pick up my order on multiple occasions. I have no complaints. Food is always cooked to my satisfaction, and has always been fresh. The burger and buffalo chicken salad have been my favorites, very good!

My wife and I went to Portobello on a late Friday afternoon. Started with bread for the table with oil and olives which was decent. Both had the house salad with creamy Italian which was good. Wife had the veal cutlet parm over pasta. Excellent sauce and pasta but the veal cutlet was overcooked as in burnt edges. I had their version of Zuppa de peche, good shrimp, scallops and calamari but cracked shells on the mussels and 2 clams that never opened which is something you shouldn’t have left the kitchen. Nice atmosphere, great service, decent prices. So so food.
And we wanted to like this restaurant.

DELICIOUS. All of it. From the warm bread to the veal saltimbocca. The pistachio ricotta cake was to die for. We barely had any room left when it arrived. Grace & Adriana were amazing. Excellent service. Did I mention the drinks? The Rikers Manhattan & the Malbec were the perfect adult beverages to pair with the meal.

Our family of three enjoyed a wonderful lunch on January 3rd.
We started with the Ricotta on honey – Delicious ! I enjoyed the eggplant Rollatini, my wife had a salad with added grilled chicken and my son had the Portobello Salad with added grilled chicken. Ample portions, we all took our leftovers home. Deserr was an incredibly light pistachio Ricotta cheese cake !
Service was impeccable. Definitely recommend Portobello.

We had a family dinner at Portobello for 11 people and it was wonderful. We ordered a variety of appetizers, drinks, entrees, and desserts. Everything was delicious, the service was good, and the restaurant ambience was enjoyable. Some notes: the Caesar salad is not creamy (just a warning), their gnocchi is incredible, they make their own delicious baklava and tiramisu, the honey whipped ricotta was extra amazing, and their chicken cutlet (in a variety of dishes) was tasty and crunchy (perfect).
