I got the Classic Italian with red sauce instead of white sauce and added zesty herbs. Turned out yummy. Arrived a little early, which worked perfectly for me, and has well-spaced ingredients. The mushrooms are a nice thinness. Pizza was double wrapped with two stickers, much appreciated. Delivery driver was chill, but I don’t think that reflects specifically on Papa Murphy’s.
I got a medium pizza in the past, picked it up myself, and the staff was friendly then. It was around closing, I was the only customer in there, and they had nice music on at a good volume. I received my order right after I walked in. Would definitely recommend, even if it’s only once in a while due to the prices.

September 30th at 6:52pm. I wish I could tell you the name of the two girls who were in there when I walked in. They were obviously upset that they had to make A pizza. The blonde girl rolled her eyes at me when she found out that I wasn’t somebody who had already ordered. This is at 6:52 PM and it shows you don’t close until 8 PM. I feel sorry for them. They had everything cleaned up, but that’s what work is, The one in Moscow is always so much nicer and friendly

I placed my order by phone with adjusted toppings, when I arrived to pickup my pizza it was a normal Cowboy pizza with no adjustments. It was my fault. The staff made me a new pizza with all my adjustments in a couple of minutes. They are the best!

Twice now I have received a pizza with the wrong toppings. This time, like the last time, it is ruined. I can’t eat it or fix it. I have now invested over 60$ on food I cannot even eat. I want a refund and maybe a pizza I can actually eat.

Extremely unhappy with this store. I pre-ordered my pizza at 11:43 am to have completed by 5 pm as my family had plans. Anytime in the past when ordering pizza it has always been ready for pick up on time. Not today, when my Daughter arrived, she was told they were “busier” than usual, which is fine. However, several customers arrived AFTER my Daughter, ordered at the counter and were served BEFORE her. Other people also came in with online orders and they prioritized them over my Daughter. I called and asked why my pizza was not ready and was told they don’t make it too early because of rising, which I understand the obvious. However priority should be given in the order that requests and orders are made. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get one, because no one had the authority, so I told him I wanted the pizza and I was tired of waiting. My Daughter waited over half an hour for a pizza that was ordered over 5 hours in advance! He assured me it would be prioritized. Which it was. And it definitely looks like it, thrown together and crust not even stretched out properly. I’ll make sure to go to the Moscow location from now on, they have always beenpoliteand timelyfor the 28 years, Ihavebeena customer. Clearly it upset them that I called because the clerk, Anna was extremely rude to my Daughter.

I called in an order today, and as I pulled up the girl working hurried to lock the door and ignored the fact that we were coming in to get our pizza. Eliza was very rude and she had no problem talking rudely to me. Sorry you hate your job! I have been coming to this papa Murphy for 20 years and never had any employee ever treat me like that.
