Not happy with my order. I placed an online Order for a Giant Italian with no salt and added spicy mustard and jalapenos. Sandwich had no jalapenos. tomatoes were sliced as thin as the meat. Lettuce and onion were minimal. I dont eat Jersey Mikes much but I remember the sandwich being more full. When I arrived the employee said “name?” and grabbed my sandwich and gave it to me. That was all he said. Disappointing.

Great location usually fully stocked. The staff is great especially the FIRST shift team is always top tier. The young lady on the day shift runs the store very well. My bread is always fresh and so is the toppings. Check them out and you won’t be disappointed.

Poor service. I went to pick up an online order and was told it wasn’t ready yet. I waited another 20 minutes before getting in line to order it myself to only be told that it was in fact ready and sitting on the counter. By that time the sandwiches were cold and soggy. Disappointed by the service.

Placed order through online app. Food not ready at stated time. Finally received 25 minutes after promised time. All this while atleast 25 people walked in and placed in person order and served while I waited. No apology given for the the delay.

Called this location over 20 times and no one could answer. I order offline and they screwed my whole sandwich up. I asked for no cheese because I’m lactose and tolerate and I asked for no onion because I’m allergic as well. And they put everything that I didn’t ask for on my sandwich. Horrible location never again

Disappointed with the lack of substance for a mini BLT. Wasn’t expecting the sandwich to be piled high with contents, however expected more than a single small piece of bacon broken into 4 pieces. $8.20 is excessive and left us reassessing any future visits.

I had anther excellent experience at Jersey Mike’s in Glen Ellyn! The staff is always super friendly and professional and the sandwich I ordered was fresh and delicious this last time. I really appreciate the attention to my order, the girl even remembered my order from 2 weeks ago! Crazy i didn’t remember it. Hard to find a fast food chain that actually cares about customer service these days. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and who they serve ant Glen Ellyn! I’ll definitely be returning!”
