Tiny portion of everything compared with other Chipotle. Two protein at this size, the meat can be counted. Vegetable and salsa are at extreme stingy size.
This place used to be good 3 months before. Since then it is getting worse and worse. The worker doesn’t want to get you the normal size food because this can save their work.

Great experience at this Chipotle . Ordered through the app, staff acknowledged me right away, confirmed my order, and handed it over with care. Friendly, respectful, and professional service. After a bad experience at Puente Hills Mall location, this was a big difference. I’ll definitely return.

All I ordered on my burrito was chicken , rice and beans. It was literally the size of a taco. I asked for a little more and the rude worker behind the counter told them to put rice and beans only and if I wanted more meat I would have to pay. . Pay for what? What do you think im already buying. . Absolutely ridiculous and you have lost a customer just like countless others. All because you want to skimp on shit. . . .

I just had their salad bowls with Machuca and chicken. I added the guacamole and it was a pretty filling meal. Overall it was a solid lunch.

This chipotle was so great. Fast service. All I can suggest is the ladies take turns and be patient while asking what toppings and what I want at checkout. It was a bit much answering two woman at the checkout and answer the woman serving my bowl.

Updating from 5 star to 3 star. I would give a 1 star, but the manager with the butterfly tattoos saved the day!
I went in and they didn’t have chicken
And I can’t stand red meat!!
I’ll eat it if I have to, but I highly prefer not to
So since the chickens not ready I asked if I can have two scoops of beef for the price of one
And the manager kinda just laughed at me and said no
So I asked which manager was above her. And the gentleman with tattoos came out apologized and remedied the situation. This is not the first time they’ve been rude, or “forget” to give me my points.
Update: ordered online with the app and it seems they only gave me about 3/4 of my plate. Looks like someone took a chunk out of it. Especially when I asked for extra rice

This place stinks….. literally. If you ask for protein, you get a state correction facility amount of meat. If you order cheese or sour cream with your food, make sure get a side of pepto bismol because you will have terrible stomach pain afterwards.

This is no way to run a Chipotle. I’ve been coming here for along time and too portion control everything is ridicules. This was a new worker and she looked like she was scolded to only give the bare minimum but, see photo. The way it looks is how they filled the bowl. If you’re going to cut down on portion and that’s the Chipotle way of business then get smaller bowls not under cut portions by your employees. Very bad practice. Probably won’t be coming back to this Chipotle if this is the way they are going to run it. Food area was extremely dirty. Steak was very under cooked.
