This location is hit or miss on drive thru service and more often, it seems that my large coffee is filled 3/4” from the top. I don’t expect it to be spilling from the lid, but this is unacceptable. Especially when the bottom if the paper cup is raised 1” now. We’re all likely getting Medium amount of coffee in a Large cup every day.

The drive-thru service is greatly improved overall.

Hash browns are supposed to be hot or warm not ice cold, snackin bacon is supposed to be fresh and hot not cold and hard as a rock and been sitting there since 7am pretty nasty to even enjoy, iced coffee isn’t hard to make when it’s simple not sure why it took 6 tries to make a 7 mocha swirl and 6 creams and tasted burnt each time and wasn’t dark was very light

I feel like the whole crew needs to re-watch all of the training. Also need to do a lot better at mixing drinks when I take a sip of my coffee I don’t want to suck up a clump of caramel.

Didn’t get me what I ordered (they forgot to add in the bacon of my wake up wrap) and the food felt undercooked to the point that I didnt even want 2 out of 3 of my wake up wrap. I would rather be late than have bad food

Two examples:

1) Wife ordered an iced cappuccino and came back with iced milk (no espresso). I went back to the store to get it replaced, or for them to add espresso in it. The staff then proceeded to debate amongst each other if there was espresso in cappuccino, while I stood there, baffled.

2) Went through the drive-thru to pick up some coffees I ordered via the app (a cold brew with oatmilk and flavored syrup; iced coffee with cream and syrup). When I pulled up, there was a black coffee and what looked like to be the iced coffee with cream. I let the guy know that the cold brew looked like a black coffee, but was supposed to have oatmilk (it clearly had nothing in it), and he said, I kid you not: “Nah, that’s just how it looks with oatmilk.” I know oatmilk doesn’t make a coffee look much lighter, but there is a noticeable difference, and this coffee was black. The guy went back and put oatmilk in it but barely any because he thought there was already some in there. Got back home and the coffee had no espresso or flavored syrup in it either. Just a plain black coffee. The best part is: both cups had labels on them that showed our exact orders.

These are just two recent examples, but every time we have gone to this Dunks for the past few months there has been something wrong with our order.

I don’t know what happened to this place it used to be the best Dunkin ever now it’s a mess every time I order I don’t know what I’m gonna get the staff walks around slower than sloths it takes over 20 minutes for a mobile order (with no food I might add) not one thing has been made right in two months. I know staffing is an issue but there are over 10 people working god forbid you order in the store you won’t even get acknowledged even after 15 minutes of standing there. No direction no care for the customer….sorry it’s bad

Sausage on my sandwich was literally frozen solid, went into the store to have it remade, and they gave me another frozen sausage, then made me wait while they finished everyone else’s order and never once apologized. I get back in my car for the 3rd time, and the sandwich was not what I even ordered. Asked for a refund but no one in the store knew how. As someone who worked at dunking for 6+ years, please train your staff.

Managed to get every single part of my order wrong, almost impressive. Ordered a hot chocolate, got black coffee. The coffee I did order was burnt tasting and the donuts were the wrong donuts AND stale. I waited an excessive time in the drive thru, they weren’t busy. Just incompetent. Avoid at all costs, go to the one down the road.
