Social Profile:

The Edison Cafe has been in operation since the early 1930’s. The cafe was previously a Texaco gas station. Since then, many businesses have operated out of this building including auto sales, penny candy, and ammunition sales for hunters. The cafe is now owned and operated by a local couple, Austin Breckenridge and Kiersten Weimer. The cozy and quaint Edison Cafe is unique in many ways. The lunch collaboration between the elementary school and the Cafe has continued since the 1940’s. A truly unique and heartwarming story. Come join us for lunch with friends, drink an Italian cream soda and listen to the locals tell stories.

Had a delicious smash burger here with an Italian Soda. Everyone was very friendly. An excellent spot for a post-hike meal! I found their hours on their FB page.

Cute little spot. Not a lot of seats, so make sure you get one! Because the burgers are yummy, the Crinkle cut fries are perfectly fried and the salad is surprisingly fantastic.

The staff was kind and sweet too!

Worth a stop for sure.

PLUS – “A+” for their packaging choices. No plastic. Environmentally friendly!

BEST BURGER! Legendary experience. Perfect bite. Smash burger mastered. Juicy meat with an amazing sear. Full of flavor. Great burger to bun ratio/coverage. Loved how the fries came unsalted with the option to salt your own with the special flavor blend on the table. Get a side of burger sauce for dipping… I devoured the entire plate.
The salad is a must!! I don’t usually order salads out (I make good ones at home) but this house salad is special. Try their vinaigrette, it went so well with the beets and chèvre. A big healthy salad is a refreshing balance to burgers, fries, and doughnuts.
Get the 5 piece ‘Bownuts’ to finish your meal. Next time, I’ll have to try mine with some ice cream.

No checks or 100$ bills. The Cinnimon rolls are so tender. They have had to make them everyday this week I hear. The French fries were very tasty. Very friendly staff. The lemonade was quenching.

Great little diner. Pretty typical offerings but well cooked and the staff is friendly and it feels like a family not a business. Perfect for a small town.

The pancake was huge, fluffy, and very tasty. The over medium eggs were cooked perfectly. The bacon was crispy.

Big fan of this place and the service. The pork/beef blend used in the smash burger produces great flavor and texture, best I’ve had! Add the extra patties and seasonal lemonade for elevated order. See you again soon.

This place came into my video feed a few weeks ago. I decided to make the trip from everett, which is about 30 some odd miles. This burger was fantastic! The bun was toasted perfectly and the patties had a light char on both sides. It wasn’t overloaded with onions and the fries were crispy. One thing I commend them on is putting the pickles on the side so you can ration them. They don’t season their fries at all. I liked this because their is nothing like a place that coats them with salt. I would absolutely say to stop by this place. It’s small and quiet. Worth it!

Oh my gosh… great burger, maybe the best fries I’ve ever had, and the chocolate peanut butter milkshake? Yup. Happy girl!

A very nice young couple owns it, stop by for a burger and say hi!

We just discovered Edison, Wa. This town is awesome. We stopped by Edison Cafe for lunch and the food was great.

We were so hungry I forgot to take pictures of the food but it was very good. The server was very nice and on top of things.

I can’t wait to take our friends and try their breakfast.
