Ordered a large pizza and it was more like a medium. This was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The crust was so thin (ordered hand tossed) and hard. Hardly any sauce and there was onion on it which I didn’t order. This was so disgusting I threw it away. This location on Eastern Avenue should be ashamed for putting out a substandard product. A frozen pizza is better than this.

VALENTINE’S DAY DISASTER!!
I ordered 2 Heart shaped pizzas at 10:00am for a 3:30pm delivery…
1 Pepperoni/Cheese HEART
1 Pineapple/Cheese SHAPED
NEVER AGAIN – and I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
They were RUDE, LATE; yet I ordered at 10am for a 3:30pm delivery AND WE ARE LESS THAN 4 miles away! The driver said well everything is always late, then recorded it was delivered 20 mins earlier yet NOT saying or showing where YET IT WAS NOT DELIVERED UNTIL ALMOST 4:30pm, and when my App was saying it was delivered, I was frantic trying to find out where, I tried calling both the store and their online CS – NO CS ANSWERED! At Pizza Hut they are known for their thick, gooey pizza but the food was flat (LESS than a pancake), COLD & BURNT! I was sick to my stomach for both the ruining of my surprise for my daughter & Granddaughter & bcuz it gave us diarrhea! NEVER AGAIN!! NOT FOR VALENTINE’S DAY AND NOT FOR ANY DAY OF THE YEAR!!
I ORDERED IT WELL IN ADVANCE SO IF THINGS WERE RUNNING LATE, Pizza Hut HAD A SCHEDULE OF ORDERS SET FOR SPECIFIC TIME FRAMES – My Granddaughter has Gymnastics in the evening so I wanted it there for after school and to give her plenty of time prior to her Gymnastics and to have “friendly” bragging rights with all her friends as each were asking for something food related in the shape of a Heart(s)… a lot were baking so I thought “Let’s go a bit more towards the main meal.”
Obviously, she c/not attend that nights practice and the ONLY good thing about that was THERE WAS NOTHING TO BRAG ABOUT!!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at pizza place. I wish I could give it a negative 100 stars. The customer service here is horrible they leave their customers in the front and hide in the back looking through the privacy glass (I can see you) for 15 mins or more. I placed my order and 5mins later had an emergency and had to leave so I requested a refund, they yelled to the back “stop that order” and said I can’t do refunds let me get the manager lady. He went to the back and I could hear him arguing with the manager lady and she was telling him to tell me no and what for, very unprofessional. He came back and said she’ll be up in a minute. 15mins later she came up and said no refunds dispute it with your bank, I told her I bought food and didn’t receive anything I have a right to my money you guys are stealing money from me, she refused and said take it up with your bank and walked away. What company policy is this? This is one of the worst managers I’ve ever seen. So know I’m trying to go through my bank which is very inconvenient.

to. I did not receive nothing from pizza hut and they are breaking the law, and its clear that they are stealing people’s money. the manager there by the name of Symphony, she should be fired immediately. What a bad representation for a company I will never return. I will be filing a report with the city. Try another pizza shop you’ll be glad you did.

I was looking forward to a comforting meal, but what I received was far from it. The pizza was extremely dry, as if it had been sitting out for hours. The crust, which I usually enjoy, was hard and lacked the usual softness and chewiness you’d expect from a freshly baked pizza. But the most disappointing aspect was the cheese – it was overcooked to the point of being rubbery and had lost all its delightful, gooey texture. This was not the quality I expected from a well-known chain like Pizza Hut.

Is this really considered “hand tossed” these days?? I always order Pan and decided to do something different today. Got the hand tossed all through my childhood so was looking forward to a nostalgic slice, but this seems like thin crust to me. SOOO disappointed. I order personal pans and full sized from this location several times a month…seems like I need to go elsewhere considering this huge lack in quality.

Twice I tried ordering from here and both times they give me pizza with the wrong toppings. This pizza was supposed to have pepperoni. Can’t even cut the pizza properly.

I ordered 4 personal pizzas on Tuesday. I understand it’s a special but for 2 weeks straight they have given it to me in these metal tins that you would use for wings or spaghetti. When I got it home, it had sweated and made the bottom of the crust soggy. It also attaches itself to the side of the tins making it a little annoying to take out due to it being stuck to the side and leaving part of the crust in the pan. It also does not taste the same due to it being cooked in the metal pan and not a regular pizza dish. A little disappointed on this method they have. May have to go somewhere else.

I utilize this location and place my order online for delivery. The delivery drivers are always kind. On 10/23/19 I placed and order and received an upgrade at no charge. When I contacted the location to confirm my order the manager was very professional and polite. Great customer service is a rarity nowadays and they exceeded it that day!!
