We made it to the opening celebration and the food was absolutely fantastic! We tried the mild and hot varieties and both have so much flavor. The crunch is out of this world. If they can have this level of quality for a opening event with a line way down the street, you know it’s going to be even better when they’re cooking for regular business. Definitely worth a try!!!

This place is hands down a wonderful addition to town. Walking in, we were greeted with smiling faces and a welcoming atmosphere, the artwork inside is beautiful with a “fire” Philly touch. This is day one of this establishment and i already know they are going to be around for awhile and a staple to the community. The food is incredible, portion size is very plentiful, I was left full and content with my experience and it’s also price friendly and quick service. Give them a try! Will be back!

I drove 2.5 hours to try fire birdz Hot Chicken in Pottstown, PA and it was worth it.
I ordered the chicken sandwich with fries after seeing it all over social media, and the photos definitely lived up to the hype. The chicken was seasoned perfectly, the sauce had great flavor, and the pickles added the right amount of tang. The coleslaw tied everything together and complemented the sandwich really well.

recently visited Firebirdz Hot Chicken in Pottstown, and I must say, it was an amazing experience! Since they’ve just started, I wanted to especially appreciate how well they are maintaining their quality and service.
The food was absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside , one of the best crispy chicken preparations I’ve had. You can really taste the freshness and quality in every bite.
The sauce deserves a special mention , it was incredibly flavorful and delicious. I honestly don’t know where they get their sauce from, but it’s truly outstanding and makes the chicken even better!
On top of that, the service was excellent and right on time. The staff was friendly, and everything was served fresh and hot without any delay.
I highly recommend everyone to try Firebirdz Hot Chicken. Great food, great taste, and great service. Wishing them the best for their new journey!

Tried for the first time last evening and was not disappointed. Chicken was moist and full of flavor. Sauce excellent and very much enjoyed the spice for the fries. Very good portion size as well. We had a minor issue when we returned home missing one item. Called to discuss and was able to return and receive item promptly and even received complimentary milk shake. Customer service was outstanding.
