We ordered here delivery a year ago and the chicken we received smelled and tasted like bleach. We called and complained and they sent someone right out to take the food back, to ensure we didn’t get sick. Apparently they didn’t “rinse” the meat properly.
Since then anytime I call to order pizza they tell me I have to go to the location to order delivery.
The lady laughed at me and said sorry that’s what the computer says. “In order for accuracy you need to place at the location”…. how does that work if I’m ordering delivery.
I ordered domino’s instead today. For one I was never almost food poisoned at domino’s. 2 I almost forgot about the incident, until I mistakenly tried to order again and I got the run around by the people on the phone.
Don’t order Pizza Hut. There food is obviously not safe. They hurried to remove the evidence and then banned me as a customer. People on the phone very rude. I never even got a refund that day they almost killed us.
Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere.

Average pizza at best. Ordered a medium supreme and chicken wings. Pizza was a 2 out of 5 but the wings were better, at 4 out of 5. Ready on time for pickup and the staff were friendly but considering the mediocre pizza will likely not be back.

Ordered cheese pizza on special for $9.⁹⁹ carry out. Peppers and Parmesan Cheese packets are Naddah! You gotta purchase their big(?) bottle/container, now! No wonder people prefer Domino’s or PaPa John’s pizza, nowdays!

This is supposed to be an XL pizza with Xtra cheese… Not the first time they’ve sent a very poorly made pizza, but it will be the last time we order. Mind you, the pizza was $16, delivery fee $5.00 and tip $7.00. You’d think they could get the one and only pizza on the order correct. This is just blatant laziness. If they didn’t realize how $hitty it was when it went in the oven, whoever took it out could clearly see that MOST of the pizza is bare and definitely didn’t have the extra cheese I requested (and paid for).

I ordered the tavern style large pizza and it was absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh and it was done sooner than expected. It tasted like it had quality ingredients and fresh out of the oven. The customer service was great. I didn’t remember the name of the lady who cashed me out yesterday afternoon, Sunday the 6th, but she was cheerful, polite, and friendly. I’m not sure who wrote my name so nicely on the box, but I thought that was well done and I even kept it for my scrapbook. Probably the best pizza chain experience I’ve had in a very long time. Thank you for the excellent work, and thanks to whomever artfully wrote my name on the box. That was something extra and fun to find.

This place closed for renovations for a bit but now it’s open again! We got our delivery in less than the quoted time of 55 minutes. Our driver let us know when they arrived and the pizza was hot and fresh. So tasty!
