Horrible Sub Sandwiches. I ordered 3 total with barely any filling. Restaurant refused to do anything about it. So disappointed with this location. Philly steak sub is nothing but bread.

I have ordered from this location many times, both in person and online. I am allergic to cheese and have repeatedly ordered and received pizzas that were half cheese and half without cheese from this exact place in the past.
When I asked about it this time, the manager flat-out said they have never offered half-cheese pizzas. That is false. Saying “we don’t do that anymore” would have been honest. Instead, they chose to gaslight the customer and rewrite history.
To make it worse, their online ordering system still allows customers to select half cheese, but the staff refuses to honor it and then lies about it ever being an option. That’s misleading at best and irresponsible at worst—especially when food allergies are involved.
One star because they are liars and wasted my damn time.

This Marcos is horrible. The 2.5 stars on yelp is generous.
I was missing items, my food was overcooked, thrown in the box any type of way, and unseasoned (cinnamon squares had no cinnamon, as pictured)… I tried to communicate my grievances to the staff and owner and they didn’t care. The owner didn’t want to offer me a partial refund as I had asked (which is nicer than most people who ask for complete refunds), and said he watched everything get packaged and made, and said he’d only partially refund me if he drove back up to my OFFICE JOB to reassess and pick the order back up himself… I feel like at that point it’s bad customer service and questionable. I’d have said yes but it made me feel unsafe and like it could escalate based on how he (the owner) spoke to me. Other places don’t take things back because it’s unhygienic but this location seems to think otherwise. Why would you want it back? It’s more than strange to take the time out to drive somewhere 20+ min away in the rain to trash it yourself. We argued for about 5 min before I left the conversation after him laughing and antagonizing me.
It’s not all locations, but this one I would not return to even if they offered to give me something for free. The customer service and presentation is garbage. The picture of the pepperoni and spinach pizzas are examples of what I have received from other locations. It’s a good brand, just a bad place.
Time to contact my bank since they don’t want to meet me halfway. Sigh.
Bonus: The last image is of the same type of pizza I received from the location I like. See the difference in presentation? Thats what I’m used to.

I ordered for my school fundraiser and was suppose to receive my kids box they decorated at school. I only ordered for this reason and didn’t even get their box. I then ordered breadsticks with parm garlic dipping sauce and received pizza sauce. I hate pizza sauce and didn’t even get that on my pizza, I got white sauce. To top it all off, the pizza is literally DRIPPING with grease it’s disgusting! For sure will not be returning here again. I should have read the comments first.

I should have taken photos. The pizza was terrible. I ordered with extra sauce…barely any at all. Cheese was sparse and was relegated to the middle of the pizza leaving a 3-inch desert with no cheese or sauce along the edge. Sausage was almost non-existent as well. The first few times we ordered we were impressed. Now it seems that the employees are barely going through the motions. Even Little Cesars cheap Pepperoni beats this garbage! Last time for us.

Ordered pizza via the app for a fundraiser (super easy) and picked it up. Our son said it’s better than Little Caesars (his fav). It smells and looks good. The lady there was suuuuper nice too. Don’t know what all the bad reviews were about.

They have very affordable specials,very helpful phone dude, driver was super cool and remembered parm. cheese that I forgot to order the last time I ordered, and the product guys-it straight up blows away Domios, processed tasting pies.

First time ordering from Marco’s pizza through the app last night for some late night pizza dinner; added my tip, and delivery was quick; however, the driver dropped off our food to the wrong address. Thankful for honest neighbors who called us and we were able to retrieve our food across our neighborhood. For a 20% tip we added, we were left a little disappointed. Not sure if we will order again from Marco’s again. Pizza was ok.

Hi I would like to express my absolute disgust with regards to this location. I literally spent fifteen minutes outside of the drive through waiting to pick up my order, one young man with dreadlocks saw that I was there, did not bother even once to even ask me about my order. So after this absolutely horrible display, I went in to the store to pick up my order. When I kindly asked the man with dreadlocks why he was not showing any interest he began threatening me that he is going to beat me etc, talking so rudely to a paying customer, I want to ask the owner of this location is this the type of people u are hiring, who are openly threatening customers?? Shame on you for hiring these clueless young people, with absolute zero mannerisms! Absolutely despicable!

I placed an order and got home to realize it was wrong. I ordered a deluxe pizza (with modifications) and received a plain cheese pizza. When I called to get it resolved, I told them I didn’t want to pick it up and asked if a credit could be given for next time. I was transferred to a manager who was extremely rude and proceeded to speak over me and not let me speak. In the end, she told me a new pizza was being made and would be delivered and ended the call. I then received a call back asking for my address and was told a driver was being “dispatched”. After an hour and a half, no delivery was received. Overall, very unsatisfactory visit and I won’t be returning.
