Chicken was super greasy and not cooked properly. We got a 16 pc meal and ended up throwing it away because the meat was slimy. The guy taking orders in drive thru doesn’t have a good attitude either…Not coming back here again.

Walked into this place and it looks like an employee hangout. Employees talking at the front counter, while customers waiting to order food. The people in front of me had to repeat their order more than twice because the cashier was simply not paying attention to them. I came in with a mobile order that was not ready on time. I told the cashier I had a mobile order she looked me in the face and kept talking to her co-workers. I had to repeat myself twice. Nothing rude was said, these PEOPLE JUST AREN’T DOING THEIR JOB. I expect to come in and PICK-UP, I could’ve came in to order if I wanted to wait.

Excellent work! I like the food here very much, so I always try to pile on a few things on top of a normal order. I like the casual atmosphere and the friendly service. Location fits too! Plenty of parking. Five stars

As we’re being tolerant of short staffed places and food shortages and extended wait times, KFC was definitely on point tonight! Drive thru moved that line! Very nice customer service. At the window, noted all staff was working as a fine oiled machine/team. No one on their phone or not being a team player. No customer was pulled ahead waiting for their order. And everything I ordered was in the bag. Please management, note this staff this evening as exceptional!!

Neh. I haven’t been at KFC since a while, but for sure now it was also for the last time. Bread tastes as bad butter. Strange corn taste. Nothing interesting.
Very bad behaving employees! An employee continuously sucked his snot and teeth at a nearby table. I just throw away all the food.
