The employees were friendly as always, but honestly they burnt the food. We didn’t ask for any special instructions but this cannot be normal. I know because Pizza Hut is usually our go to. There’s no way the employees couldn’t smell and see the fact it was burnt.

Be careful! The manager decided to give herself a tip before I was able to look at the credit card terminal and choose my option. When questioned, she stated no ma’am you were charged the amount of your ticket. Well $2.64 came out of my account more than the ticket. I would have chosen a tip, but that opportunity was not my choice at that point. This will make me think twice about ordering from them anytime soon. Tip used to be an option ordering at the counter, not a mandatory selection. Your customers should make that decision, not the employees/managers.

I will say I see a lot of comments about how they got the “ delivered “ message and it not being there. I as well have had that happen and it would be like 10-15 mins later my pizza was delivered so I do think that needs to be fixed or update the system. Other than that this location is great
