Everytime I’ve gone in the last couple of times they are out of peppers, steak, etc. And they won’t have anymore for the rest of the night or they don’t let you know how long it’s going to be. It’s 2 hours before closing wtc. Whenever there is food ready it’s good. Seems like a team issue. If you are running low…put more on.

Super annoyed. Came into chipotle tonight and ordered food for my family. There was no steak available but some almost ready on the grill. No problem, I’ll wait. The woman told me she would set my bowl aside until the meat was done and call me over. I patiently waited 10 minutes, then was made to get back in line a second time. By the time I made it to the front, all the steak was gone except for a half spoonful. I’ve already paid for this bowl at this point and have waited in line twice. No apology was made. They handed the bowl to the cashier who then tried to charge me a second time for the bowl I already paid for. I love chipotle but I have issues nearly every time we have been. Staff could definitely use some more training.

I absolutely love this place! The food is always on point and more than I can eat in one setting. They always pile my bowl with ingredients and I never have to wait in line long no matter how long the line looks. The employees are always so nice and in a good mood. I never leave without a smile on my face. I know recently Chipotle has been getting some negative attention and while I can’t speak for other locations this one is definitely the exception.

The food and service were fine, but the restaurant was filthy. There was trash all over the floor, the trash cans were overflowing, it looked like someone threw shredded cheese and chips and salsa all over the place.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but felt very compelled to leave one about my experience this evening. I walked in with a two year-old in my arms and asked for two tacos to be made in two separate containers. I told them it was for two children. I also told them that my children don’t eat the hard/soft shell, so they didn’t need to include it as to not waste any food. To be clear, my order was two single tacos to be packaged separately. The worker did make the tacos in a bowl as I requested and then when I arrived at the checkout, they tried to charge me for 2 burrito bowl because I did not include the soft/hard shell. I did make it clear that I ordered two tacos and that they did not need to include the shell or the soft taco just to prevent waste. The general manager came up and said that these would qualify as bowls, even though I did not order them. She spoke to me in such a snarky tone that she watched the worker make them. They had about 1/3 the food that a normal bowl would have and wanted to charge me over $22 for that (ordered a bag of chips too). They made me feel like I was trying to steal, lie, be deceitful. I was not, I do agree that what came in the bowl was more than what would likely come on a normal taco but, I did not ask for extra of any single item. I did ask them to remake the two tacos as I had ordered, and that is what I ended up paying for. The general manager made me feel awful and I certainly hope her boss sees this very honest review.

Ordered ahead, once it was time to pick up we went and they said it would be an additional 30 minutes. All together we waited over an hour for our food. Then once it came time to actually get the food the girl kept trying to give us someone else’s food when we kept insisting it wasn’t ours because it was not our name on the bag and told us “it doesn’t matter who’s food we get as long as we get it”. Once we opened it there was barely anything in the bowl. Definitely not worth it. Should’ve been expected for Owensboro.

So I went through GrubHub+ because I’ve never had a problem with any orders with them. But what you see in the picture is what I paid $30 for. Cold meat. And with chips and dips it was $64 with tip. Gonna stick to the one in Evansville.

if I could give zero stars I would. I’ve ordered here twice and it was all around TERRIBLE. the food was cold. the food wasn’t right. the food was very skimpy. I’ve ate chiptole almost 20years and have waited that long only for owensboro chiptole to ruin what people think chiptole should be. trust me this is far from a regular chiptole. sadden to say owensboro ruins a lot of chain restaurants. I’ve never had chiptole with dry meat… even with the sour cream this meat(pork) was dry. I literally grabbed my food off the to go rack, then went to the drink area to get my drink. I opened the bag to check my food and to my surprise this is what I had. a woman next to me said oh that doesn’t look too good. I said absolutely not. there was a older man standing there (he worked there) hearing me talk about this and he ignored it and stood in the way for a good 2 minutes until I stopped talking about it. I could have complain but a good worker would have looked and saw this and made it right. but I’ll let that slide because i know how food industrycan be. this is the poorest presentation of chiptole ever. also the rice… is just rice. there’s no cilantro lime in it! save your time and hopefully they see the 2 star rating and get the issues together. they won’t make it long in that location with not even mediocre food.

The food wasn’t any good and I shouldn’t of expected any less. The chipotle in Owensboro needs to be closed cleaned and staff needs to be retrained this place has a handful of people in it and it is disgusting wouldn’t recommend at all
