They came through for me in a huge way when I needed about 250 boxes of assorted cookies on very short notice for a year-end associate award. Not only did they make it happen, but the presentation and quality exceeded expectations, and everyone loved them!!

Chrusciki Bakery is an absolute gem. The coffee blend is unmatched, and the pastry hearts are a solid 10/10. If you haven’t tried the cannoli strudel or the sweet rolls, you are seriously missing out. They’ve also added new breakfast sandwiches, and they are delicious—perfect start to the day.
What truly makes this place special, though, is the people. Whenever I walk in, Kym and Ryann already have my coffee ready, and it always feels like home. Warm, welcoming, and consistently amazing—Chrusciki never disappoints.

Every time I have a sweet treat from Chrusciki I swear the sun gets brighter, my mood is better and all my worries go away. From their almond ring that I would literally fight for or the white almond raspberry cake that is the best cake I have ever eaten to the little perfect macarons. This place is magic, I also ordered custom cupcakes for a birthday party and they were so delicious! You just feel like family there and I can’t wait for my next visit!

I’m am a western New York native And I truly believe in supporting small business. I knew I was going to be in town for a few days visiting from PA so I put in an order for a custom birthday cake. They told me they could not make a 12 inch round but they could make a 10 inch round. I happily agreed and they told me I had to pay for it before they would make it. Again, I understand that so I paid for it. $67.85. I think we can all agree that that is an exorbitant amount of money for a 10 inch round cake, but I happily paid it because it was for a friend of mine for her birthday. I went to pick up the cake at the time I had told them I would be there and of course there was no cake. They asked for my phone number and I assumed I would get a call back. I drove all the way back to Pennsylvania, which was a 6 Hour trip by the way, and never received so much as a phone call, text message ,email – nothing. Very unprofessional. I advise anyone who is ordering a cake or anything from them to not pay in advance and to be all over them as far as confirming what you ordered and that it will be available and ready for you when you come to pick it up. I will never buy anything from them again And if I don’t receive a refund immediately, I will be doing a charge back with my bank. Buyers beware.

Open late and very helpful, lots of snacks to choose from. I got a chocolate cake with vanilla frosting and a cherry on top, sooo good and very rich!! Super chocolatey and great size, big enough to share well worth the $6.5!! I love they added this inside the hotel.
