My Partner and I came to this establishment to meet one of her dear friends, the friend picked out this spot, and let me tell ya, her suggestion, and their food were outta sight.
This was some of the most gorgeous Mexican food I have ever laid eyes upon, in my whole life. The food was gorgeous, and the drink was so pretty, I had to take a picture, which I have never really done before, as there has never been a need in all of my nearly 100 Google reviews, so this drink was SPECIAL. It was a great mix of flavor and alcohol, and I am really sad that I agreed to be the sober driver that night.
I could tell from the presentation and the flavor that everything was scratch-made, and, considering this, it was well-priced, as you could taste the time and effort put into creating this incredible food. I will be back, there were plenty of things on the menu that caught my eye, but, I had to get the tacos that night, they sounded great, and tasted even better!
Even though it was a weekend, and they were really busy, we still got great and fast service!

WOW ! Who knew we could find this elevated Mexican dining in EC. Wish I had taken photos of the physical menu because their website doesn’t do it justice at all.
Monday evening 5:30pm we called to see how busy they were. They suggested making a reservation so our party of 5 made a 6:30pm reservation.
We were quickly seated upon arrival and every table was filled. It’s not a big place but also not tiny either.
After being thoroughly impressed at the amount of homemade bases for their cocktails – we all made our choices.
If you like Mezcal – don’t hesitate to order the hibiscus Mezcalita.
We seemed to order all different food items. We all enjoyed our choices.
The fajita ranchera was an interesting combo for fajitas & the beef & chicken was more like chopped meat matching the crumbled chorizo vs sliced chunks. Just different – not bad – I’ve provided a photo.
The cold shrimp dish I ordered and can’t find on their website was out of this world – so fresh – cucumbers – cilantro – onion – so many very large & fresh butterflied shrimp – it was the “VERDE” option of the various cold shrimp.

I’ve been here a few times and have always loved it! This last time I came in the, I’m assuming the owner, heard me talking about wanting to try something new. He gave me tons of options to try and then came out with a single taco to try. It was made with potato inside and absolutely delish. I ended up getting that as my meal along with some tasty drinks! Everything was great and always taste fresh. I love that they have a stand where they make fresh guacamole too and you can see it. Margaritas taste so fresh and delish. I will always continue to come here, everyone is so nice here!

The interior is so cute! The menu offered lots of different authentic Mexican dishes and I noticed a few kind of Tex-Mex as well! The complimentary chips and salsa were delicious in the queso dip is to die for we were greeted fast with prompt and accurate service! The only thing I could say, is they went a little heavy with their fabuloso cleaning solution! With that being said the food is amazing! They also had happy hour going on! This place filled up fast

We had such a wonderful experience at Encanto Cantina. This Mexican restaurant has an incredible focus on seafood, and every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. You can truly tell that care and intention go into both the flavors and the presentation.
Everything we ordered tasted fresh and homemade, with bold flavors that felt curated rather than rushed. As someone who absolutely loves seafood, this menu hit the spot in the best possible way.
The seafood dishes were incredible, and the jalapeño margarita (not pictured!) was phenomenal — one of the best I’ve had. The entire meal felt like a special experience rather than just dinner.
We will absolutely be back and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys seafood with authentic Mexican flavors.

I stopped in for some really good Mexican (authentic) food. My server was Yousra, and she did a fantastic job, also recommending some of the more popular dishes. I ended up ordering the California Burrito, with steak. The fresh chips and salsa were excellent as well. Definitely recommend stopping in and giving them a try. I ate on the outside seating area, as it was a beautiful evening.

You guys. Best Mexican hands down. Atmosphere is so beautiful and makes you want to stay the whole night. Margaritas definitely taste the best and are the best bang for your buck. The service is INSANE. Nicest servers you will ever meet!! Ask for Mario!! We were brought an appetizer on the house. A MUST TRY!

Stopped here on our way through moving to North Carolina. They have an amazing restaurant with hands down the best food of any restaurant I have eaten at. Walking in I knew we were in for a treat. The waitress was very nice and made suggestions and she was correct. Their fish tacos were top notch with quality fish and balanced flavors. Shrimp ceviche was excellent. Every bite was a treat and so flavorful. Highly recommend this restaurant to any one who wants something special. The people who work at this restaurant care about what they do and it tells. From the quality of food to the service and the simple elegance of the dining area they have achieved success.
