Avoid this place. Placed an order. 45 minutes later I’m notified it’s cancelled. No problem really. I called store to confirm and the guy that answered the phone told me it was NOT cancelled, but re-routed via DoorDash. Turns out he is a liar and it was not re-rerouted. It was just cancelled. When I called 30 minutes later, he admitted it was simply cancelled. Pathetic, dude. Why lie over a dang pizza? Just tell the truth.

Allie is an absolute gem and our Papa John’s is lucky to have her. The store seems understaffed but she works so hard to keep everything going smoothly. She remembers her customers and makes you feel welcome. Papa John’s is papa John’s, but she really does an amazing job.

Placed an online order with my last $10, but their store system was down. Customer service called and notified me that my order had to be canceled and wouldn’t be refunded for 48 hours. I calmly explained that I’d have nothing to eat and the agent said, “I’m sorry, but I can’t expedite the refund and I’m canceling your order now” and disconnected the call. How disrespectful and uncaring!
Edit: After checking my account again, the funds were refunded. I’m grateful for that, however, still disappointed in how poorly I was treated.
Update: A store employee called and offered me a free pizza and offered to have it delivered! Thankfully, the refund allowed me to get something else to eat, so I politely declined. I am very appreciative of kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

Update Saturday January 18th, 2020 8:20pm. Received a call from Manager Ally. Very nice Lady had reviewed this post and was very concerned. She confirmed the pizza we did get was indeed intended for another Customer. She apologized and made it right. GREAT Customer Service and follow up. THANKS Ally! Corrected stars from 2 to 5!
Saturday January 18th, 2020 5:30pm. Walk in order as the website had an issue (once entered my pizza information- then tried to add wings. Would not give me that option could not place order through website).
Order pizza from very nice Lady with nose ring with diamonds in the ring. I ordered a large thin crust with half veggies and half meats extra creese. Specifically all veggies with exception of no tomatoes and red peppers. On the other half order pepperoni, beef, bacon and Canadian bacon.
When I arrived with the pizza back home there was hardly any pepperoni and no beef, the whole pizza has onions and olives all over it.
I really believe we received the wrong pizza?!.

Chill hard working people here. I came to pick up a pizza and my wings weren’t ready (not a big deal) and Allí went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of she was super sweet and kind she is a Gem and I will definitely continue to come back here because of her!! Thank you Allí!

Tim and the driver of the day of my delivery provided the best customer service I’ve had in a long time!! I was frazzled on the day of a big event and messed up my order, they both treated me with kindness and assured me the order delivery time would be updated and pizzas redelivered at no cost to me. The pizzas I couldn’t use were also donated. I can’t thank them both enough!

We had large hand tossed pizza there. And we enjoyed it a lot.
Everyone who enters the door is notified to the only all-rounder person inside. As we entered we heard a voice of welcome and it was so nice to hear it. The way of her communication was extraordinary.
The way she makes the pizza was also beautiful. At last we got the pizza and it was so delicious.
