Terrible location, terrible employees. They don’t give a shhh what you ordered, they will intentionally not make it right. They use significantly less toppings. Beware also if you try a coupon they use almost NO toppings. Not kidding.
They use old meat for their sandwiches as well.
I’ve been going to this location for years, the new people who have been running it the last couple of years cut corners to save money and don’t care about you. They’re ruining it.

I ordered a titan turkey sub 33% more turkey 2x provolone. They didn’t make it the way i ordered it so I took it back. The second sub was so thin and full of sauce that I I wondered if it had turkey and cheese on it. They advertise a sub with an inch or two of turkey. The pictures are what I received. I swore after my last experience at this store I’d never return. The other subways I have visited are ok.

No matter what you do, never ever go here. I used to come to this location regularly and never had a problem with them. When I went today they took about 5 minutes to start my order, which normally I wouldn’t care about but there was no one in front of me and they were focusing on a doordash order.
Then they finally asked me what I wanted. I told them the size and bread type. Then I was ignored for a moment and asked the same question after he finished helping someone restock something, in the middle of me ordering. The he asked me the same thing a third time.
Finally, the absolute worst of all is the cleanliness. I wouldn’t feed a dog in that restaurant, let alone people. It’s obvious it doesn’t get cleaned regularly, there are fruit flies and gnats everywhere. Someone should call the inspector on this place before someone gets sick.

I wish the old owners were still here. The bread was stale and their meats are not fresh. When I was eating my food they were talking in their own language which is Rude!!!

I go to this location often, most the time when I order Israkish is there. Even when they are packed and or lined up with orders, he maintains not only him but his team while assuring the customer has the correct orders. Even when mistakes are made, like in my case he was able to fulfill my order and compensate in anyway possible to make sure you get what you pay for.

Opens at 8am, stopped in at 8:40am to grab my child a sub for his field trip and when I walked in, I was told to wait 10 minutes because they were just setting up. Then the entire time I waited, the worker was stocking the meats and veggies and talking on his phone loudly. Rude and disrespectful. Do not claim you’re open at 8am, when clearly you don’t open until 9am. Sadly, the food didn’t look “fresh” but up against the clock, I had no other choice. Then when he finally took my order, he remained on the phone, talking out loud. Incredibly disappointing.
