Food is okay, but the service is terrible. They move so slowly with no care for their customers waiting. If I’m the only customer waiting and there are 3 of them, someone is making my food; someone else could make the coffee and/or check me out, not just stare at me waiting. Or when I ask to pay to speed things up, the person asks me if the other person is making my order, and when I say yes, she walks away and goes to the back…..

Hi. I am a resident of Tampa and used to live here. This bagel place used to be my go-to with getting my everything bagel with lox and cream cheese. I ordered one yesterday and drove away. I was very disappointed for paying $12 for this – there isn’t even fresh lox placed over the whole bagel – only over a small portion. Would you have paid $12 for this bagel?

As a village resident, I prefer to travel an extra 5 to 10 minutes to a bagel shop that appreciates my business. Employees, manager/owner are unfriendly and emotionless. I’d feel better about paying the steep prices if there was some value to patronizing this less than average bagel shop. Incidentally, my egg white salad became rancid after 1 day in my refrigerator.

A little disappointed I order a flat bagel with lox spread and paid 5.99 plus $1 more for the flat bagel. The amount or lack of cream cheese was not worth the price.

Very decent bacon/egg on fresh bagel. The person I was with enjoyed his S27 sandwich. (This comes with a side salad and pickle, but was not offered it. When asked, it was provided.) Service was quick and friendly. Price was very reasonable. Will return!

I went there for the first time 2 days ago and purchased some bagels. These were the best bagels I’ve had in a long time. They all were large, delicious, and just perfect all around. I’ll definitely make this my go-to bagel place and highly recommend to others.
